Not necessarily that is what we currently have, could have added Ziyech yet don't think he will be a regular starter.

Mount is definitely one of our best players, but for me that’s a problem with our squad. Is mount good? Yeah I think he is but he can definitely improve his consistency, too many people think he should be free of criticism when he absolutely shouldn’t. As I said after the cup final, virtually any other player would have been slated for that penalty miss but Mount gets a pass. After a mediocre performance or a penalty miss in a league game the Jorginho thread is full of ‘piss off back to serie A’ etc but any criticism of Mase is met with ‘How dare you HATE one of our own it’s a disgrace’

Nobody is above criticism because we should all want the team to improve, whether it be Mount, Jorginho, Havertz etc

Anyone slating a player for missing a penalty needs their head checked. It's a penalty. Doesn't matter if it's jorginho or mount.

Considering that he wasn’t the most popular player at the time. Jorgi got a few comments about his penalty style but nobody went ‘over the top’ after what was a pass back in the shootout v City.

Your original point was on the shootout. Jorgi’s penalty style is always going to divide opinion, looks brilliant when it comes off, when it doesn’t…Im sure you’ll find comments about all players if you look hard enough. As for Mount and Jorginho , one is still classed as a young player whilst one is at his peak.

You think Mount has got a free pass for the penalty miss? He's the only player i've seen heavily criticised, hardly anyone has mentioned the other players that missed anywhere on social media that i've seen. Just a common theme for none-English Chelsea fans to hate English players. 

Mason Mount has been at Chelsea for 17 years, longer than a lot of our fans have supported the club, of course he's still open to criticism, but he is also deserving of a lot of respect and patients.

My problem is that I type too fast and miss a word entirely. I also sometimes change my thought process mid sentence, which ends up with a sentence or two that doesn't make sense. Most of the time I catch it after I have submitted my post, but the odd one gets away from me here and there.

I would do 150 and then he can sign a new deal in a couple of years for 200

or 160, that’s still double 

It depends how long the contract is. If it’s a 6 year deal I might be tempted to offer reecey and mount 200k just so we have them secured. Mount, Chillwell, James, Kovacic, Kante, Mendy, Silva (i would extend year after year untill he obviously can’t keep up any more) and Havertz we should never let go. And maybe CHO because I feel he has huge potential and it would be a waste to sell him because a replacement would be very expensive. And Galllagher and Broja if they perform for us I would keep as well

What kind of a message does it send to good players from the academy, when young players and a lump come in from lesser leagues at hugely inflated wages? Reece and Mason have both proved themselves now at the top and deserve to be paid equally to the incoming players, otherwise they too will look elsewhere in search of better rewards.
