despite now beeing bottom three they will couse trouble to our defence (do we have one). they were not bad yesterday in the final third and dirty red scouce done them on fast counter transition and clinical finish. also they should've had a pen at 2:1 and VVD sent off but VAR didn't want to check the case. I just hope Rudi is back for this one.

This the red scum should have had a few sent off to be honest, I hope the panel has a look at some of the afters that were going on.

They're still a threat, can't take them too lightly. But we should be beating them with the form they're in, it'll be disappointing if we don't.

I hope we dont give another manager a lifeline like we did Pellegrini. I also dont know what Marcos Alonso did to get removed from the squad all together . He is our second best left back after azpi and is actually a goal threat going forward unlike emerson. Lastly someone has to get christensen in the gym or buy a set of balls, dude is just too soft for my liking. He tackles tentatively and goes for defensive headers like a girl (no offense to girls). It is no suprise that he hasnt scored a goal for chelsea in 2 and a half seasons since his return from loan in germany..

 

I think if we pay the 4-2-3-1 we will win even if they get a new manager.

The only issue I potentially see is if Frank tries to shoe-horn in three defensive midfielders to keep squad harmony.

Especially if we have Kante attacking instead of protecting our very vulnerable defense . I would rest kova and put in  Jorginho besides that change same team as Villa for me

I don't know what it is about Everton away. It really shouldn't bother me, but I always get a feeling like they can be a bogey team for Chelsea. Of course, Everton are one of those clubs that make you look at them confused, tilt your head to the side and give it a good scratch. Because, honestly, they shouldn't be as bad as they are. But that really could be their f**king club motto if we are being honest. It's one of those fixtures that make me uneasy, i guess is what i'm getting at here.

No news on Marco Silva yet.

If he's in the dugout on Saturday the atmosphere would make our first game under Benitez look like a happy clapping tea party.

Managers gone and their legend Duncan Disorderly in charge. First up for them, us. Can only end up one way. Hopefully not.

Don’t think we should worry about them. Just play our game. Rotation matters but if the boys were fit enough I’d play the same team. Have to have an eye out for the Lille game. Willian is the oldest of the front three and works incredibly hard. For that reason I’d consider playing either cho or putting  mount right and playing Jorginho with kova and Kante. We only need to win this 1:0

Hopefully we take advantage of their current situation.

However, at times players decide to play again once manager has ben sacked.

Hopefully our attitude is correct and we start at a good tempo and take the game to them.

Come on Chelsea !

Arsenal got rid of the manager and put a "legend" in charge, didn't have any affect at all.

When does it ever work 

We should find out on Saturday, with big Duncan in charge, who was always feisty as an opponent at Stamford Bridge.

James has done well going forward lately, but he's not that great defensively, so I'd leave him out for now. Rudiger if fit should come back in and get some games unde rhis belt. Other than that, pretty much the same as Villa.
