We have 3 CBs but there is something different about the way they are defending, it's less effective, maybe they are too reactionary and their positioning is not cutting out attacks

Exactly why I think Willian has to play, regardless of the circumstances, our best way of winning this game is counter attack, against Spurs we were constantly in their half. We won't be able to bully Bayern like we did Spurs.
