Anyway not playing Mount and switching the formation is a good start. Mount was center of everything so this is a good change in that sense as well. Mount will play in the future so no worries.

It is his second day at work so give him time to learn the players. I think in the coming weeks some players will be in and out of the starting eleven and he has to start somewhere.
i am not worried for the Academy players.
