I hope Tuchel sees that we need quite a radical change for this game.We have been absolute dogs poop in our last few games.

I believe Ziyech,Havertz and Alonso should be 'rested'.There is a malaise that has crept into our game and if TT thinks it is a storm in a tea cup and plays the same old crap I will question his ability as a coach.

You're only as good as your recent games.

Azpi         Andre    Rudi     Chil

             Kova          Kante

Werner        Mount         Cho

Hmm are you sure you  in touch recently? Kante has COVID that means compulsory 10 days quarantine !!

I wonder should Tuchel be in quarantine for his bizarre selections and tactics - after all he is starting to follow in the tradition of a chelsea manager losing a grip.

Feels like a must win game, or it will be Chelsea in crisis all over again. We just need to play with a more attacking team, not necessarily the most tactical correct team, but play the team with best chances to score goals. If no Mount, pick Werner and CHO to partner Lukaku, let's abandon the slow passing game and give them something different to deal with. RLC to start in the midfield, Alonso team is definitely over, Chiwell comes in. We aren't playing City again this weekend, let's not over complicate the game.

This is a crucial  game for Tommy - lose and Roman will start to look for a replacement- such is the revolving door to success we take for granted.

This game will show whether Thomas is progressing or he is stuck in the mud of the premiership that he has no idea.

I'd like to see this. If Mount isn't ready to start then I'd stick in Chalobah, push Azpilicueta to wing-back and have Hudson-Odoi on the right behind Lukaku. The midfield is a mess and will do a poor job of protecting the defence but I'm not sure what the alternative is with Kanté definitively out and Jorginho not physically 100%. On paper it should be Saúl, but his debut was so poor that I'm reluctant to take a chance on him. Loftus-Cheek is at least on form.

They will, if nothing else, be fun to watch and should create chances.

Mendy

Azpilicueta
Christensen
Rüdiger

Hudson-Odoi
Kovačić
Loftus-Cheek
Chilwell

Mount
Werner

Lukaku

With the playstyle of Ralph and Southam this game feels tailor made for us to really utilise forward passes like Mount and runners like Timo. Rather than play Ziyech and Kai I'd like to see Thomas give both players a break, even CHO seems suited to this game so I rather see him at wb and Azpil at rcb.

My only worry is Ralph throws a curveball, if he's been watching us recently we've really struggled to play vs a low block and were he to switch his tactics for this game then we may struggle again to break them down.

Loftus-Cheek is knocking on the door to start and I'd love to out him in my starting line up but, if they are to play a high press fame then we may need to stick with the most press resistant duo in Europe.

                           Mendy

           Azpil   Christensen    Rudi

CHO       Jorginho    Kovacic    Chilwell

           Mount                   Werner

                           Lukaku

If we wanted to throw a curveball we could bench Rom and play Havertz false 9. Very unlikely but, we should still see some rotation in the striker position I don't think Lukaku should play every league game even with the price we payed, we don't want to burn him out too early this will be a title race for the ages.

No idea what he is trying to do with this formation/lineup when have 2 guys upfront dependent on service. Fingers crossed CHO comes of age today

Tommy Tactics isn't playing any games with that starting XI.

Kick up the arse for the likes of Jorginho, Alonso, Havertz and Ziyech (and rightly so).

Hopefully Loftus-Cheek makes the most of this opportunity, would love to see him establish himself back at Chelsea.

Looks like CHO is getting a rare game in attack, he's got to step up and show Tuchel he's wasted at wingback and that this is where he thrives.

Chalobah gets even more minutes, he really has impressed the manager hasn't he?

Looks like a 4-3-3 to me but we will see i guess, suprised about Ruben starting but its another good chance for him to revolv,e his Chelsea career, 3 academy players starting the game and thats without Mount and James.

We need a good start and get our confidence back.

Also Chilwell is alive!

Cmon Chelsea!

I want to see CHO really grasp the game today and show us what he’s made of. Similar to Demarai Gray at OT at present.

Hopefully having Dave behind him will free him up mentally a bit?
