It's a system thing. Slow sideways passing has been our way of football the last 5-6 seasons irrespective of the manager.

I even question James at times. He plays too many games too slow like today. So many times he gets into good positions, but he takes an age to even attempt to cross and just plays it backwards or has his cross blocked.
