3 of the 4 are left sided CB'S  

Ake is the only one I'm not too exited about.

Mainly because he is a former player that we again will pay a lot for and he isn't good enough for City. 

So bit skeptical

The other 3 I would be very happy with.

His name is doing the rounds for sure

Koulibally would be a very good signing as he could enable Chelsea to integrate colwill into the side without having to chuck him in at the deep end. He also has the physicality that rudiger had.

The alternative is you sign two established players that could each do 5+ seasons, which it seems is where we are at with a hit list of De Ligt, Kounde, Skriniar, Ake etc etc .... Colwill has immense promise but I get the impression we are going for experience ...

That’s ridiculous imo. Koulibaly is untested in PL and he’s 31. Kounde would be a much better move for the long term.

Koulibaly would be excellent. Just turned 31 so he should have plenty of great years left at CB.

He's a top defender. Contract running out as well so should be reasonably priced if we do get him.

We signed a 36 year old, untested CB and that worked out well.....

I think he's a class act, and like Thiago would work out well for us. Still unsure on the Ake one.

I’m all for this.

Would take thar with a large pinch of salt given Koulibaly plays on the left side of defence and Kounde on the right.

If anything signing Koulibaly may put an end to going after Ake, and make it so Colwill needs a loan or two more as Koulibaly is not able to play other positions like Ake.

& apparently €40m fee for a 31yr old player with 1yr left. But hey Tuchel wants him.

Thiago didn’t spent the bulk of his career in the slowest league in Europe where a 35yr old Bonucci is still starting regularly.

As for Thiago no matter how good he is, we need to walk away after this season. He is part of the reason why we can’t play a back 4, and there were signs towards the end of last season where forwards were twisting and turning him.

Sounds like things are moving quickly here. Will love this if we end up signing him personally.

Probably as good a replacement for Rudiger as we could have got under the circumstances. A bit older than I'd have preferred but in terms of size, experience, leadership and athleticism, he's got it all.

I thought Kounde is a right sided CB, so he would probably be a replacement for Christensen, if we were to go after him.

Plus a good understanding with Mendy as well.

Again though as a left sided CB his signing would probably mean we still want a right sided one like Kounde, or De Ligt.

Happy with this, hope it happens. 

This can be a very good signing. He will be our main lcb and silva main backup. He is not exactly young so he won't block colwill at all. 

But Napoli is a hard team to negotiate with.

Love  it. An absolute beast.  (Yes I am biast). But for those that want someone for set pieces. You got yourself a monster.
