Either way we are lacking a lot when it comes to structure and buildup, I actually don't believe we will lose against Brighton at home but Don Carlo's team looks just too much experienced and too much prepared so it would be a miracle if we knock them out.

Mendy

Fofana Silva Badiashile

Reece  Enzo  Kante  Chilwell

Kai     Mount

Auba

Just wanna see a win. Mount can drop into a three man midfield and Kai can play up top with Auba if needed quite easily.

Koulibaly out for weeks, and Badiashile not in the CL squad so Mudryk can warm the bench.

Does that mean we go back 4? Chalobah in either Wes and Silva? Or Cucurella and CB and playing Pulisic or Sterling at wingback vs Real?

Were 1000/1 to be relegated strider, but were only 2 goals behind Madrid, so we should rest everyone who's playing next week and try to beat Brighton with a different 11, it's a nothing game.

I've done a simulation of us losing everygame and almost all other results going against us and even then we survived on goal difference.

Not confident we will get much, if anything tomorrow. We are THAT shambolic atm. Brighton on the other hand are riding the crest of wave, full of confidence and energy. We lost by 4 goals in the first meeting between these two away from home, so not sure there will be much difference in this game honestly. f**k this season, the players obviously have no pride so why should I.

I know the players are demotivated and unhappy but it kind feels like Frank needs a win. 3 losses on the bounce isn’t a good look for him regardless of the circumstances

Im very optimistic about this fixture, all things considered think we may nick a solitary point and hold them to 1-1 tomorrow ☺️

Top Half of EPL Table here we come (perhaps) !

The players don't care.

In any club where the solution is always to sack managers, players learn that they don't have to take responsibility. They don't have to show leadership, they don't have to work their arses off. If they lose, and they will lose, the club will just sack the manager while the players shrug their shoulders and get away with another dozen or two poor performances. Demotivated yes. Unhappy? Carefree - no one is going to lay a hand on them. They'll continue to be sh*t and fans, media, pundits are going to want another manager while the players keep doing nothing but letting you down.

Totally agree with that. And I’d say only accusing them of lacking pride is being generous.

The mad thing is, if whoever they convince/pay to manage them next year wins a few games, they’ll all be forgiven and worshipped again. If they lose more games, that manager will take most of the blame again. Most of these players are sh*thouses.

Just pick a real striker for this game, either Auba or Fofana is fine for me. Drop Felix, given Mudryk or even Pullisic a game. I rather we lose 2:3 than another 0:0 draw, need to learn to score a couple of goals once a month, at least.

The simulation said we would score in the 92nd minute v City, a back pass by Stones that caught Emerson unaware …as he was asleep. We only lose 4-1 and survive.

Nah Keylor Navas dropped a weak Kova shot, favour for an ex team mate.

I'd like to see something like this but I imagine Gallagher will play instead of Zakaria and Mount might still not be fully fit. Left out Kante and Silva because they need to be kept fit for Madrid
