December 24, 20232 yr Chances of Poch getting sacked before new year? Very little, but we are piss poor in the final third, decision making and discipline. All that has got to be on the coach. Half a season gone and it doesn't seem like we have improved one bit... regardless of the injuries.
December 24, 20232 yr Get him out, the guy has absolute no clue what he's doing. Just tactically inept.
December 24, 20232 yr I think that's it for me. He does nothing to make me believe he is an elite manager. Injuries definitely hasnt helped him, and some these players the board have given him are terrible. None of these young players that have been playing regularly are improving, other than Gallagher who the club clearly dont see as a big player anyway. Bizarre decisions, no style of play, awful discipline record with so many bookings for descent and diving. He has a lot to do to win me back over.
December 24, 20232 yr Poor defending time after time again, I doubt that it's the players in fact I'm convinced that Poch doesn't do that part of the job well. But let's face it, the biggest investment is that midfield of Enzo, Caicedo and Lavia. Over 250m spent and none of them is playing. Basically the same effect of having an injured Kante.
December 24, 20232 yr Bye bye Poch. This team hasn’t a clue what it’s doing. Lets be clear, this team is the same level as Wolves (having just been beaten by them), Palace, Bournemouth etc. and it’s his fault. No improvement in the slightest since he arrived.
December 24, 20232 yr Can blame the players all we want but Poch has to take accountability as well. It’s just not good enough.
December 24, 20232 yr Sack him. Bring back Mourinho for a couple of years to break these players into maturing. He can create a core that can last a decade.
December 24, 20232 yr Nkunku might save him his job. Needs to play him though, and also the likes of Maatsen, Madueke, Lavia, Matos and Washington ... at least until they are demonstrably as sh*te as the rest anyway LOL

December 24, 20232 yr 1 step forward , two steps back , it’s the same as it’s been all season. Feel like he’s 2/3 bad results away from the sack all the time.

I’ve lost faith in him also.

I’d prefer if he nearly parked bus and got us solid. Hard to see what he’s trying to do at the moment, 2 cheap goals given away today and also looked vulnerable on the counter. we miss a lot of chances but it all feels isolated, it’s a big chance missed then nothing for another 10-20 minutes , there’s no sustained pressure when chasing a goal. Such an easy team to play against at both ends.

Some people don’t understand this. The fact Poch needs to rely on him vs improving any player not named Conor Gallagher, is concerning. I don’t know. This reeks of Lampard’s tenure atm.
December 24, 20232 yr Most teams whether performing good or bad reflect their leader, it’s a simple truth , look around different sports and the successful and not so teams and of course the same applies in business at work. Nothing is going to change with this chap at the helm, yes we do have a massive semi coming up in the new Year that is winnable but will only mean likely humiliation at Wembley vs Bindippers. Even if one could wave a magic wand and bring back any one of a number of ex successful CFC managers with this squad and ownership they’d do no better.
December 24, 20232 yr Difficult to have sympathy for his rant on Chelsea not being a charity when he continues to start the likes of Jackson
December 24, 20232 yr This guy is a piss poor coach at the highest level. He can't see what other top coaches would spot a mile off and hasn't changed a single thing about our style of football. The only noticeable change in our game is how ill disciplined he has made them. I wouldn't be surprised if we have picked up more bookings than anybody for mouthing off at the ref. As for his ability as defensive coach, it's as bad as I have seen at the club. I knew from the start that he would be the wrong choice when so many were acting like he was the perfect coach for young players. He's not, he's just a bang average former Tottenham bottler.

Thats a big issue. This isn’t Gallagher’s fault mind. Enzo, Caicedo, Badiashile, Colwill and even Silva look like shadows of their former selves. Edited December 24, 20232 yr by Sconnie Blue
December 24, 20232 yr Something wrong with this Dysfunctional team, Poch can’t get a tune out of this Team, whatever happens don’t let Conor go, don’t play Desasi, fly Mudryk back to the Ukraine, Play Palmer more centrally, Try Broja and Nkunku, we are currently dire….

Why would you fly Mudryk back, he's been decent recently and his adapting to the league. Broja, Jackson and Sterling were awful.
December 24, 20232 yr I know the group he has to work with aren't up to much, but it's unforgivable that he hasn't changed a single thing about our style of football. Postecoglou has gone into Tottenham and instantly transformed how they play, I do feel like his high line is a disaster waiting to happen though. Guardiola did the same with City. Klopp did the same with Liverpool. Mourinho did the same with us and when Conte noticed things weren't working for us, he instantly changed how we played and we went on to win the league. I have been desperate for somebody to get us away from this style of football for years now and Pochettino is another that is failing to do it, why? These are new players, they shouldn't even have a system, yet they have settled into the exact same sh*t that wasn't working under previous coaches. I don't understand this, and any coach that comes and doesn't change it is an instant failure in my eyes.

Aren't there some big notice boards up at Cobham with our club "formations" on them and who does what, and stuff like that ?
