It’s going to be the same in the league cup final. Away at Villa in the replay.  Away to the Emirates. Away to the Ethiad.

Just spineless and clueless. Like I said it’s only matter of time.

Any chance they sack him? They really want some kind of European football and sacking Poch before the final may give us a glimmer of hope at least. Because we are damn sure not qualifying for Europe through the league.

The fact we are playing centre backs at left back all season, when we couldve used Maatsen, who seems to be doing fine at dortmund, is truly baffling.

This has meant that we have built the team around a 39 year old Thiago Silva who let's be honest is completely past it now, too slow, makes errors every game, poor in the air.

Couldve blooded a Disasi, Colwill partnership with Maatsen at left back. Might actually look balanced.

That defensive setup in the 2nd half was diabolical, almost a back 3,  but with no protection from and actual wing back, so Badiashille who was having an awful game anyway, was just hung out to dry, playing too narrow, and looking lost.

Then you take the build up, it looks so basic, no patterns of play, so we ended either getting pressed into a mistake, or playing the ball long and straight back to Liverpool.

Long gone are patterns Sarri embedded here which stuck through Lampard and Tuchel, where Jorginho could orchestrate and play through the press of some of the strongest teams in europe.

Then you have the attack, which is as limp as they come, Nkunku and Palmer the only 2 that look to have any sort of quality.

What are we doing as a club, where are we going? I'd sell most of the players they have bought. Not sure where we go from here, I dont trust the board to make the right appointment even when Pochettino inevitably gets the deserved boot.

If they want a chance of qualifying for Europe they need to sign 7 new players in the next 24 hours.

Sacking Poch won't change the fact we have untalented sh*te regularly getting minutes in key positions.

The weekly Madueke <-> Mudryk sub is like a conveyor belt of bin bags.

Am I mental or is Jose coming back a no brainer?

If we were a serious club we'd be getting our scouts scouring Europe for the NEXT Jose, not bringing the original back at the point he's the managerial equivalent of the previously world class player who's lost his legs.

I will let him finish the season and see where we are. Can’t get any worst and he’s had so many injuries that he can’t get a consistent team playing week in and week out. Added to the face we have essentially bought potential to win in a few years.
This mess is squarely on the two wise men sporting directors and Ted Lasson.
if you going to get rid of anyone get rid of them first

Even if we identify the next Jose would he want to come here?

Hypothetically even if we knew Xabi Alonso was the best young manager in the world and we knew he would be the Spanish Sir Alex why would he chose our project over Liverpool, United, Arsenal or Barca etc?

Having Ted Lasso as owner has filled the squad with so much dross we're no longer dining at the top table.

I'm seeing clear signs that Mo Po isn't having the impact he could have. There's always a poor performance around the corner and some players just aren't getting the message. It's really disappointing but we have to stick with him because these players are so young and need to gain experience.  Sack him now and the young players will be even more lost than they are now.

Hard work and team building exercises from now on. Oh yeah, and a couple more years before we can hope for top 4 again.

All of you calling for his sacking will want the next manager gone after he can't work miracles within a couple of months.

Of course the will want him out.

Tell me who will fix this with so many overrated players?

Dont matter if he is sacked or not. He is not good enough for what we want Chelsea to be, but will the club pick a good replacement for Poch if they sack him?

They replaced Tuchel with Potter, then Lamps, now Poch. They are not looking for winners as managers.

There's nobody who could come here and not be in for a wild ride. There's no experience, no leadership, too many injuries.

People on here think there could be a Lampard -> Tuchel situation, it's really not that simple. Tuchel still had the likes of Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic, Silva, Giroud, Rudiger, he could call upon. This team is a mess currently.

100%

They will call for him to be sacked by deceit we are not hitting the heights they expected.

Its a never ending cycle
