So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!

This is madness, I was in the Poch out section as were much of the rest of us. But towards the end, getting some more players back fit, a change of system and we started winning. There was improvement which was clear to see (albeit more needed defensively) but it was there!

It’s going to be de zerbi and I’ve no idea why.

f**k our sporting directors. w**kers

I'm not even that bothered by Poch leaving because he's not a winner and would never be my first choice but I'm baffled by what's going on at this club. If Poch is not what they want, why hire him in the first place? His qualities and shortcomings were well documented, he'd been around for years before they offered him the position. So do those in charge have any resemblance of a plan or not? First they buy players for Tuchel only to sack him a month into a new season, then they proceed to sack Potter seven months later and now it's Poch out after one season.

At least Roman was ruthless and successful.

Matt Law suggesting the directors weren't satisfied with Poch's brand of football. No control and no defensive stability.

Which in itself is a fair concern. They just forgot to consider the cost of removing a coach this young group is attached to and embarking on yet another summer of upheaval and chaos

Not Pochs biggest fan, I thought some of the team selections, the tactics, the interviews were all pretty poor.

That being said it's hard to disagree that he has the backing of the players, and in recent weeks we have started to look like a team.

Personally I think he actually earned another season in the end.

Now we have another summer of upheaval when  the club is on its knees for stability. When you look at the names we are now being linked with, it's very possible we go backwards again next season.

Poch managed 6 seasons under Levy without fallout. He is gone by mutual consent after 1 with these clowns.

Will they get the manager they want? It seems they want a yes man, that is happy to deal with whatever squad the sporting dictators give him, whilst also in top 4, and challenging for domestic trophies.

Not sure they will find one of those tbh.

Mutual consent.

Reports suggesting the biggest disagreement was Poch wanting more direct control, which in turn would mean an extension on his contract. I think from the very beginning, ownership/the directors didn't see Poch as the long term solution.

They don't want the manager to have any say in transfers because Winstanley and Stewart are doing great all by themselves..

I wonder how far back their Brighton fetish goes? We’re not in any real danger of Chris Hughton being targeted, are we?

Breaking news - Stewart and Winstanley have convinced Bobby Zamora out of retirement in order to solve our striker issue.

I wanted him gone after the Cup Final, Semi to City and Gooners leathering. BUT with 5 wins on the bounce lifting the club into6th (my start of season target) above Man U& Barcodes coupled with some telling comments Palmer made about him after the Brighton game I'd changed my mind. And of course clearfake get rid. Apparently De Zerbi fell out with Bloom last week so he as a replacement was not planned for. He did alright until he got into Europe but that's more down to a  smaller squad and that's certainly not an issue at Chelsea.

Who next then De Zerbi or McKenna ?

If they are yearning for control and defensive stability as being far more important than entertainment and goals, I really hope they aren't going back in for Potter LOL

f**k it, I'd take Potter over De Zerbi. Better the seagull you know 😆

Probably hire an unknown 31 year old manager and give him a 17 year deal to ensure we have this much needed stability and strength of immense youth to see us through to the final stages of Winstanley and Stewart’s ultra-domination plan.
