July 11, 20251 yr I mean other than a needless red card just weeks after he almost cost us our top 4 pursuit and a pretty shocking off the bench cameo against Fluminese, I’d say he’s responded to being a bench option pretty well. Edited July 11, 20251 yr by Sconnie Blue
July 11, 20251 yr Milan want 20M for Maignan. We probably want in the region of 50M for Jackson.30M and Maignan for him seems the logical move. We can't go into another season with Sanchez. Blokes a terrorist.

That is hard to replicate.Make him fight for his position and see how he respond. But its also more than just football metrics. There is balance and harmony within the team and dressing room to consider as well. He has failed to demonstrate this on a number of occasions.I watched a harmonious, unified group of hard working, high intensity PSG players cruise past a Real Madrid team that would be in anybody's Top 3 of clubs in world football currently. Alonso, the new guy, was not helped by bringing on Carvajal, Modric and Militao to mask the fact that both Vini Jr and a recovering, underweight Mbappe were largely ineffectual but couldn't be subbed because they are both egotistical, high maintenance arseholes, who would have given merry hell if they had been subbed in a world cup semi final. Also i would question whether Jackson himself could ever replicate 15 goals in a season. If Jackson is converting 15 goals in a season then we are creating so many chances that any decent CF could be in the mid 20s

If we lose Nico we have as good of a chance to finish the same way the coming season. Jackson is 2nd, 3rd choice right now and useful if we keep him.I understand your point on the selling value and you might be right but there also is a scenario where you need the money for the sale and that player carries a good value AND you can lose the player without making the squad any worse. I think Madueke is that for sure and Jackson might be as well.I am very comfortable if he stays and continues to develop.I am very comfortable if he stays and continues to develop.(starts to develop)
July 12, 20251 yr Why is there no firm bids reported for him.? A few Internet click bait stories, but in truth. less interest than there was for Antony from United.Com'on Jacko. Read the room. f**k off and leave.

Love his leadership, selflessness and footballing intell..... Nope, yuk, cant' do it, it's not right.... .... He is RUBBISH! The worst player we have had in the last 30 years, and the most stupid, braindead striker I have ever had the misfortune of watching. I used to enjoy watching the likes of Mark Stein , Paul Furlong....hell....even the converted CB Chris Sutton was better than this pretender.... He is RUBBISH!

July 12, 20251 yr Widely reported that our talented owners and sporting directors have supposedly slapped a £100m price tag on him. I imagine that might put a few potential buyers off LOL

July 12, 20251 yr I wanted him to succeed last season and he began well.... But his football brain seems non existent, if he has two choices he seems to make the wrong one and his petulant gobby attitude which brings him card after card lets the team down consistently.I've come to actually dislike him as a person and don't like his persona on the pitch most of the time.. Oh and he missis far too many sitters and rarely scores a blinder like the two from pedro in the week.So for me i want him gone, i'm sure the club will make a profit on him and those saying only sell when we have replacements, well both Delap & Pedro are an upgrade as far as i see.
