I missed Liverpool last week so this is my first game of the season, and I'm happy with how we're playing. This is night and day better then last season. Even Sterling looks like a man reborn. It's just a shame about the sloppy defending for the corner. This scoreline flatters West Ham.

FYI Sterling was DOGsh*t last week, but yeah it’s great to see him playing like this. Need him to be like this every game but I’m not having my hopes up

No I agree we seem to be hit much harder, but in general there seems to be loads more serious injuries these days.

Way too much football. Everything is extending too, and we have a new Club World Cup coming up at the end of next season. At the end of this season is the Euro's, then it will be the 2025 Club World Cup, then 2026 it will be the World Cup.

Play has been good but we got to get some wins to start exercising the demons of last season.

Yeah we really need to win this. Puts us in a good position until November given our schedule.

Think the pundits just said the Chucky injury was not a serious one? Was only half listening.

Can never tell with us. Concerning that he tried to stand up and had to sit back down again, that doesn't seem like something minor.

Other than looking more positive going forwards I see no difference from last season so far. Loads of possession and a bunch of bottlers up front. £100M and you can’t even score a penalty. Pathetic.

Who is this guy?

Sterling gets one on one out with an isolated opponent out wide and passed it back. He never takes anyone on like he used to.

Frogsh*t.

We really are in total control. Sterling is playing like his prime self and Jackson's overall play is great.

Hopefully Mudryk adds more attacking impetus and we can finally get the winner against these f**kers.

I don't think we had a chance to make the sub before HT whistle. It will be interesting to see whether Mudryk is still the sub choice after HT or whether Caicedo comes on instead

A lot of young players on this team.  They need confidence that they can collectively win at this level.

Take Disasi off and give Caicedo a debut. Extra body in the middle to take control and have more chances created. 433.

Was thinking that but these w**k stains will be hoofing it all 2nd half.
