Sterling finally earning his wages...best player by far this half.  Same old, same old though..dominating the game and can't score. Horrible penalty by Enzo, just because he has Frank's old shirt, doesn't mean he can score penalties😉 

Bar awful defending for one corner that was a very encouraging half. Sterling and Jackson have been head and shoulders above everyone else on the park. Enzo, penalty miss aside, has also been very good. 

Just great to see us moving the ball so much more quickly and having midfielders driving the game forward rsther than sideways shuffling.

Will be perceived as negative, but as a package, I’m not impressed with that first half. Lots of ball, but same old issues of costly mistakes (goal, penalty) and inability to covert changes. 

It’s a long journey no doubt. But we look so amateur when finishing chances
