What is most concerning for me is the lack od fight and hunger in this team. You’d think those would come naturally to young players willing to prove themselves on the world stage.

There's no leadership ... huge problem. All the captains we've tried have been crap ... 

I really wonder what they doing training. You’d expect to see some improvement I. Young players, but we are regressing every few months to new lows. 

Doesn’t matter who we play - make them look good and create local heroes

One thing that hasn't been mentioned in this thread that is pretty obvious, is that we are really sh*t at football. If we sort that out, we'll be OK.

Dont care if people call us boring, Id prefer this team to be built on a strong defence and counter attacking football. We just arent good enough for possession football.

I was expecting more grit from Caicedo or Enzo, South Americans are known for their mentality and tenacity, but both look so soft and non-threatening.
