Someone said in the Poch thread that he's allowing the players to express themselves without constraining them in any system.

Wonderful. Exactly what 20 year-olds need for their development. Genius move.

Jackson is nothing but a jackass donkey footballer ...how does he get to start every game????😡

Because we've signed a lot of jackass footballers. You wouldn't have a playing 11 if you wanted to select proper players.

You can say a lot about Sterling but I bet Palmer would pick him every single time if he could choose which attacker of ours is on the pitch with him.

I bet he wouldn't.

So, going into this summer with huge financial issues, we need a goalkeeper, centre half, one or two left backs, a left winger, a world class striker and possibly a defensive midfielder if we are to compete. Good times

More importantly than all of that a new manager.

standard. start ok, score. let opposition into it. concede,

to come: concede again just after ht, hope we can snatch a late goal.

And now we have poch's coma inducing half time teamtalk to put our players to sleep, yay....

Poch is such a clown. We’re playing a deep Sheffield United - first thing we need is width.

We have set up with 3 center backs, 3 central midfielders, our best player now playing central, no left side wing, no right back overlap.

once past the setup, the effort, desire and overall mentality is dismal. And we’ve still got Poch’s halftime team talk to come.

You are absolutely correct. It’s shocking.

One of the main issues is fitting Gallagher and Palmer into the same lineup. Both of them seemingly having free roles and often occupying the same spaces. Gallagher running around pressing by himself with no regards to what the rest of the team does leaving huge gaps in our structure.

Same problems every game. Cant defend. Individual errors, systematic errors.

Moved our most in form player out of the position he has just got 2 motm awards in.

This is one of the worse prem teams in history we are facing, and I think we will probably drop points today.

Why not Palmer as a 10 and Madueke on the right, until Nkunku is fully fit?

Another frustrating half of football by us. Started well, scored then went into 'pass it around but create nothing mode' until eventually schoolboy goalkeeping gift wrapped an equaliser. Then Utd confidence grows and, as always our fragile shell starts to cracks.

Madueke the most positive of the front three for about 30 minutes then faded. Palmer has been shackled well by Utd, helped massively by the fact Jackson and Gallagher have been pretty piss poor meaning Utd can concentrate on stopping Palmer

Isn’t it crazy how our benched bad players are suddenly good when other bad players play

Gallagher needs to come off at HT, bring Casedai on and Sterling.  Either that or give that entire team electric shock therapy at H/T because this will drive anyone to drink.

f**king sh*te.

1 shot on goal against one of the worst teams the Premier League has seen. Sheff United aren't even playing well, they've been sh*t. Those first 30 minutes they were complete trash and would have been down 3 or 4 against any other side. Charity FC, Bottler FC, Arrogant FC, whatever you want to call this group, they show up and just gift teams a chance.
