I don't think he can be blamed for anything up until Doku came on. Since then, City wrestled control away and Pochettino hasn't made a single tactical change to take the pressure off.

Because he didn't respond to Doku changing the game when he came on which ultimately led to the goal. Up until that point he set up a good team but moments like those are what decide games.
