I don’t think we deserved to win. But that’s all about opinions, the reality though it’s quite different, and whether we were unlucky or not, we couldn’t beat Ipswich in two legs.

I don't believe for a second performance wise we deserved to win, I'm just looking at it stats wise to find some comfort/signs of progress.

Frank Lampard…..but I know what you mean.

Can't believe I forgot Lampard. At least it made sense at the time though. Transfer ban, which meant that we needed to promote youth players and bring through the likes of Mount who Lampard had previously worked with.

Just find myself coming on here now and repeating myself. Repeating the fact that Maresca is the worst CFC manager in all my years supporting Chelsea, bar none. Makes the likes of Avram Grant & AVB seems like tactical geniuses. Heard the warnings of Leicester supporters but just hoped they were being a tad bitter but boy, how right they were.

Would take just about anyone over Maresca. Can't stand the bloke and just want him gone.

Business end of the season and he's chopping and changing the entire team. Ipswich are back to the championship, we struggle for goals aginas them and for a team that hasnt scored a headed goal in possibly months outside Enzo's, I have no idea who the wide men are crossing the ball for.

Pretty sure when he leaves, we need a coach in who can also set up a defence and let the attacking players playand i bet they start to look like world beaters.

Regardless of the league finish, Maresca needs to go. Without this sides Poch hangover where we balled our way to wins, we'd be relegation fodder.

It is appalling that we didnt put Ipswich away today. No excuses, the tactics are not working.

And Newcastle just leapfrogged us. Theyve hardly dropped a penny compared to us. Villa are running red hot form too. no way we finish top five unless theres some sort of explosion among the teams above us.

Not saying Maresca's blameless but not being able to convert 34 shots into a win is kind of on the players

Who have we actually signed that has a proven record of scoring goals, except for an injury-ruined Nkunku?

Pochettino quit, and he wasn't even top level himself. When do you ever see a coach quit after finishing 6th? He would rather quit than take the money from getting sacked, that's how rotten this project is. I'm amazed there is still anybody left deluding themselves into thinking we're on the right track.

Scott we went off the track has soon has the government bent us over and shafted us big time!!

Top 5 is gone. No chance we get it now. My guess is we’ll finish 7th behind Villa. We’ve been on a downward spiral since Christmas and things are not improving. Goals and chances all on decline. He’s completely thrown top 5, it was there for the taking.

The only way Maresca comes out of this season with any credit is by winning the Conference League. He HAS to win it. Personally I think we’ll lose in the final vs a half decent team. We haven’t been able to beat anyone decent all season.

Just imagine the abuse he will get if we don’t win the conference league?

Thing is this is what Beavis and Butthead will point to as reason to keep him in charge.

I'll be shocked if we beat Betis. I don't know how we are favourites really. Since March, Betis have beaten Real Madrid, beaten Sevilla, got a draw against Barcelona, currently beating Villareal, smashed Vitoria in the Conference League 4-0 away and won 2-0 in the first leg the other day. They look better than us in all areas right now.

"I think we lost a little bit of confidence, because we conceded, probably because of the environment," continued Maresca, who seemed to be referring to the Chelsea fans."

I don't think I've ever disliked a manager more and that includes Benitez. This guy is an absolute fraud and everything that is wrong with the club. Run by absolute cowboys.

His press conferences after matches are worst than Potter

Okay, that's enough, it's time

Could have recovered though if the owners just did things properly.

If the owners had just stood back and did nothing that first season instead of sacking everyone and then trying to run a top Premier League club with absolutely no experience or knowledge we wouldn't have immediately bombed down the table and 3 seasons later nowhere near recovering our regular top 4 position.

Hypothetical yes, but I reckon if you put this group of players under Eddie Howe for a season, they would be miles better than they are under Pepillini.

f**k sake, we concede goals now because of the " environment" ??

The "environment" starts by not going two goals down in the first half at home to a relegated side. The "environment" he talks is about instilling a winning mentality, to fight for every 50-50 and to go direct, or diagonal when the pass is available or through the lines quickly to tranistion from defence to attack. The environment want him gone now, pretty sure the players do as well. Someone put WD40 on the manager revolving door so it doesnt squeak when this man walks through it.

From being in the title race to not qualifying for Europe. That's as spurs as you get... Theyll have a vacancy in the summer, get you agent to engineer a move there and go, go now.

One quality of leadership is taking accountability. Maresca seems to blame anything else apart from himself. However, that mentality seems to be engrained in our club all the way up to the owners now. A change of manager will not help unless the owners change their strategy.
