Before the transfer, Maresca said he "knows Sancho very well".  Wonder if he meant personally or as a player.

If Newcastle did. The Hall loan to buy obligation  was triggered if Newcastle finished 14th or higher in the league they had to buy Hall permanently

I think that's fair for a team like Newcastle though. They were battling relegation for years, we're Chelsea. We shouldn't be holding ourselves to the same standards as Newcastle.
