Maybe Maresca will tweak, stick Pedro up top, George left, Estevao middle, Neto right.

What I cant ork out is why he hasnt brought on Santos for him or Fernandez to play in the pocket and push Pedro up top. Or put Estevao in the 10, move Neto across and put Gittens on the left with Pedro going up top.
