There have been rumours about this a month ago as well, it dosen't seem to go away. The problem is that he isn't homegrown and not very versatile compared to Ivanovic. He does however have alot of pace and drive with the ball, not far of what Bale has. 

Would rather we went for Nathanael Clyne if we want a right back.

I like Coleman.

We have azpi and ivan for RB, why exactly do we need him? We have Luis, Ake and Bertrand for LB.   god, i hope we don't spend 20+ on another defender. We was looking into buying pique a few weeks ago, now we're looking at coleman lol.

Why would Luis go? we just spent near £20M on him if we sold him already we would most likely make a loss would be pointless. Mourinho doesn't seem to rate Bertrand thought that was pretty obvious by now.

Bertrand I think will be sold. Ivanovic might be used more as a central defender. because Terry will be rested more as he gets older. We will have another foregin spot free if we sell Salah, his position is already well covered with Ramires, Shurrle, Willian and Remy beeing picked ahead of him.

What if Terry does a Maldini and play's until he is 40 ? It wouldn't surprise me if Ivanovic started going on the decline before Terry does.

What has Luis done that was so bad? I thought after Dave got himself sent off, Luis did a great job at LB. I think some people are too set in their ways.

Dave does a great job but that isnt a reason to sell Luis. I would love to see Dave at RB and Luis at LB BUT that would mean dropping Brana which cant be done. Some say move Brana into CB but imo I think he makes a better RB than he does a CB, even though it is his natural postition.

I doubt we will spend big to sign Coleman as the third choice right back. The only thing he has going for him in this scenario is he's English. I think Ivanoic will playing right back for many years to come, Jose likes a big strong defender as fullback. His crossing is limited, but he does offer a lot attack wise.

He's not English. But we don't need him. Luis/Ivanovic/Azpi/Ake is enough for FB.

There was a website that showed the percentage of rumours that turned into transfers for each team. I can't seem to find it now, but I'm pretty sure the guardian and telegraph were the top 2 for us. Probably because the don't have to fill as much sports as the tabloids.
