*Official* Pedro to Chelsea

Gone back to playing like a dog chasing a tennis ball.

He was great last season, linked well, played direct and scored some great goals.

But he's been painful to watch at times this season, his form this year doesn't suggest he's got much else to offer us next season and given that he'll be in the last year of his contract I do wonder if we'll part ways with him to allow us to bring in some fresh legs or pave the way for Barkley (assume he ever gets fit).

Pedro still has moments where you think "f**k Me - that was good". But too often he's there just making up the numbers and is too light-weight. I like him but would still prefer to see either a more consistent player in his place or even better, let CHO start getting more miniutes.

As good as he is sometimes I still think it's best for all of us if he's one of the players out of the door in the summer.

He's been far too inconsistent and hasn't turned up enough when it mattered. It's a shame we didn't sign him a year or two earlier actually, he's a fantastic player, last season he was magical.

Reason he played well last night was because he was allowed to come deep, collect the ball and run at the Burnley defence with pace.

Too often this season we're playing keep ball for no real reason, the back three and Kante exchanging nothing passing between themselves and by the time it's getting forward the opposition is lined up and organised to defend.

Pedro isn't going to play it through the eye of a needle, he wants some space to work with and on fast counter attack he's great.

Playing against a compact defence, not so much. We played to his strengths last night and it saw him flourish.

Didn’t necessarily do anything wrong as such but just did nothing of any significance. Against a packed defence he’s often useless other than for running about a bit.

I just remember him giving the ballaway nearly everytime he got it. Against pack defences though thats the job of an attacking mid is to try and create, no wonder we struggle to score goals.

I just wish we had someone who was capable of picking the ball up and slamming a sh*t home from 25 yards out.

Cesc and Pedro are players that we seriously need to sell somehow. Both have a year left on their contracts, turning 31 before the start of the next season, should not be anywhere near the starting 11 but would be good options off the bench. But with no CL, and playing in the EL, players like these 2 can and should be replaced with the likes of kenedy and RLC.

Apparently on a combined wages of 256,000pounds/week or 13.3mil per year too.

How could 1 player decline so much in a matter of 12 months? It's not like he had a major injury or in the wrong side of the 30s. I always liked him, but ffs it's time to move on, first player on my out list.
