Thought he had a good game tbh. Never going to make that spot his own though.

Seeing as Pedro and Morata are suspended at the weekend, I wouldn't be completely against the idea of Kenedy playing in a front three with Hazard and Willian. 

At least the lad looks to beat his man and open up some space. 

Can't use his right for toffee though. 

Good game for him yesterday, that erase his poor game of the first leg. 

He came to us as a right winger who, for want of a better term, did a Robben, just not as successfully. He beats a man cuts in and hammers it goal wards. So potentially he could play with hazard and willian against Brighton. Would prefer Musonda though. 

I think he had a good game last night just clearly not match fit at the moment.

Don't think he'll make any spot his own at Chelsea tbh. Needs to be a great player at a small team rather than an average player at a big team.

He showed flashes of really good play and then flashes of stupidity.

Basically sums up Kenedy.

Unless we break the bank for a top class attacker, I think he can do a good job of pushing for a spot upfront along Hazard given consistent game time. Same with Mousonda. 

Probably better off selling though as that's most likely not going to happen. 

I think he was badly fouled twice yesterday without the ref acknowledging it.

Very one footed yet so is Zappacosta. 

I like Kenedey as he is a fighter doesn't give up and think playing up front on the left might be worth a try.

This guy could be a Salah so let's not dump him.

Pace to burn and excellent control. And he has a work ethic. Will go somewhere else and probably be another Salah / KDB. Should be played up top through the middle IMO. 

I think he has potential yet is still a little bit immature reacting with his arm after being fouled and of course in pre-season that comment about China. 

He does have potential and a trick or two that would draw defenders away from Hazard, so maybe not every match yet when something is not working he could be given a chance.

hasn't played enough, if he does start playing regularly he could become a very good player. i dunno what he's like at cutting in on his left and shooting, but could be worth playing him out wide on the right side of a front three, then have willian on the left side cutting in. 

Hell of a lot of potential. Speed, Agility, Acceleration, Ball Control and Dribbling. As long as he gets his Mentality right he'll be a good player, has those key attributes required to play the postion well. 

Shows flashes of brilliance but for the most part he's bang average can't see him maksing it here.

played well last night. He is starting to look more comfortable in that wing back position although I'm not convinced he will ever be good enough defensively to play there regularly. 

His work ethic looks a lot better aswell, he was closing down their centre backs and keeper at one point in the second half. 

I don't really see the point in bringing in a left wing back to be alonso's understudy. If we can bring in someone to genuinely push alonso for a starting spot, then that would be great, otherwise we are best just saving the money and sticking with kenedy.

If I was Conte i'd certainly give him ago.. he has potential. Some of these players just need a run or a chance.

this is the time to do it with the rest of the team mostly off form. Could be just what he needs 

Apparently he's in Newcastle having his medical ahead of a loan move for the remainder of the season. 

Be interesting to see how he gets on if he can get a run of games under his belt. 

He's crazy talented and skillful and has the potential to cause defenders all sorts of problems. 

I'd assume Newcastle are going to play him as a winger, maybe even on the right so he can cut in onto his left foot. 

Wish him luck with the loan though. 

Thought this would happen much sooner as in the start of the window but I guess we wanted to secure a new LB first. Palmieri must be imminent.

Conte never really trusted Kenedy and to be fair he was a winger converted into a LB then LWB, let's see how he develops, my guess is that he will progress as a decent winger.

I always liked Kenedy. I hope he gets to show himself at Newcastle and makes it back to team one day.

hope they play him further forward. Good luck to him. I think he will be quite fun to watch for the geordies.

Never really rated him tbh. Has some nice touches but lacks overall to make it. Not even sure what his best position is really but pretty sure it's not where we played him at wing back.

Hopefully he impresses and they spend a few million on him.
