Disappointed to read disgusting comments about Michy's own goal. Even if we were losing because of his mistake, do we have to kill him for that?
I felt so bad when he scored the own goal, he tried to defend and help the team. Mistakes happen to everyone, you have no idea how to be in his place at that moment. 
I really hope that we all will support him after that, not only we, Conte as well.

I was disappointed to see him score the own goal but I was more impress with him coming back to defend the corner with the team. Not all strikers will do that. Most will stay outside the box waiting for a counter. But most times having that extra man to defend a corner can positively change the outcome of a match.
Now, Mitchy know he isn't a fan favourite (THE NEW MIKEL) and will get a lot of stick for that own goal, I want to see if he will come and help the defence in a similar situation next time(Typical of Mikel).

They should f**koff, we are keeping Michy.

If we had more options I wouldn't be against selling Michy I don't think he's physically cut out for the PL but we just can't afford to get rid of him as things stand.  

Be surprised if Lille could afford the fee. That said being brutally honest I'm far from convinced Bats will improve enough here to adapt to the way we play. If we were to get a good offer for him  whilst bringing in a player more suited to us it might be the correct decision to cut our losses and let him go.

Can't say that I'm overly optimistic about him becoming a top class striker, but I don't think now is the time to sell him. I think he makes a good option and he could well increase his value this season at least. The main thing though, please please don't sell him before a replacement or two have been signed and are running around on the training ground.

Batman needs a season on loan somewhere playing every game. 2 seasons of playing a bit part could ruin him.

I don't share you 'impressed' view - apologies but no offence meant.

A highly paid player trotting back to help defend against a set piece in an under the cosh penalty area is simply someone doing their job - regardless of whether some other strikers do or don't (can't think of too many who don't these days) doesn't warrant the 'impressed' moniker in my book.

His social media antics were amusing to start with, but he's paid tens of thousands of pounds a week to contribute as a footballer, he needs to start focusing more on improving his game, or he'll be gone this time next year.

Although i agree he needs to push on i don't see an issue with his social media presence. It literally takes 5 seconds to send a tweet. Its quite refreshing actually having a player interact with the fans for once.

I don't mind players being on social media, I just think that the way his career is going I want to see some seriousness from him instead of acting like nothing at all bothers him. He just comes across as completely childish and someone who doesn't take the game seriously.

You do realise he wasnt involved in either of Belgiums international games, hard to criticise a player for not scoring when they haven't played
