March 12, 20188 yr Kirsty Gallagher got caught drink driving 3 times over the limit and wasn't fired by sky which is far more dangerous, so they set a precedent then, but Also they set one with key's and Gray so they seem like they don't have a clue what they doing.

It depends on public reaction doesn’t it, Andy Gray was sacked for his comments about the female linesman and rightfully so in my opinion. But there was a witch hunt after Gray at the time given the political climate these days. With Carragher it’s not big enough to warrant a sacking, when I watch it I think it’s disgusting what he did but I also don’t think he saw the girl in the car. Even so why is he retaliating to that? People are going on about the driver, he’s not that relevant despite being a grade A tosser like a lot of football fans. Carragher should know better to ignore that and move on, he’s got some real personal issues. The thing is I actually liked Carragher as a bloke at Liverpool, and I detest Liverpool. But since he’s been at Sky Sports I’ve saw this nasty streak in him, especially on social media. He can’t seem to take a defeat on the chin or act humble, he’s too biased. Whereas for me Neville does it a lot better, he doesn’t let anything get to him and he can take a loss on the chin. And the way he used to speak about Chelsea had people scratching their heads, especially when Jose was here. After our 2-0 comeback against PSG Carragher was saying Chelsea just aren’t a team you can like, and then he goes on how Liverpool are the heroes of football and the model club. A lot of people like his punditry but I don’t, he’s far too biased even if he does knock Liverpool & Klopp a lot. Edited March 12, 20188 yr by Slojo
March 12, 20188 yr You can take the scouser out of Liverpool, but you can't take the Liverpool out of the scouser.

Well he was a nasty player so I am not surprised he did that, he must have been getting the piss taken out of him for a long while. The positive now is don't throw stones if you live in a glass house. Like Kendrick Lamar says now he has to be humble because if he isn't twitter and social media will rip him to bits
March 12, 20188 yr I'm left wondering how anyone can determine whether Carragher is spitting or just talking in that usual phlegm filled scouse accent they all have there don't dey lah ?
March 12, 20188 yr f**k me, why do relegation threatened clubs continue the revolving door of failed ex-english/british managers.
March 12, 20188 yr Has any of these clubs improved after sacking their manager this season? None of them look any better than they did before and their position in the league hasn't improved either.

I think the problem is the managers that have come in to replace the sacked ones. Hodgson, Pardew, Moyes, Lambert, Allardyce. It must be depressing seeing these washed up managers take over.

I personally couldn't give a sh*te about the England National team, I put Chelsea first any day and anything to increase our chances of beating Spurs I'm all for it. It's not wishing an injury on Kane, but I would rather he be out for our match than not out since he's currently injured.
March 13, 20188 yr I'm amazed Southampton waited this long to fire him. Sacking Puel was a strange decision in the first place. They probably should have done this 2 months ago or earlier. That said if Hughes is the person they have lined up then it's a complete waste of time.

I would take top 4 for Chelsea over England's minuscule chances of winning the world cup any day.

March 13, 20188 yr Chelsea getting top four or England winning a World Cup? England every single day of the week.

I kind of think if Charlie Austin had stayed fit they would have been ok, yet Shane Long has been injured too.

I don't really give aq sh*t about England, but I'd probably take a world cup win over a top 4 finish. However, I'd take a Chelsea PL or CL win over an England WC.

England crowned World Champions or Chelsea winning a league title for me is a no brainier. I'd take England every single time. Your country winning the biggest tournament in all of sports and been crowned World Champions is an unbelievable achievement. National team then club for me.
March 13, 20188 yr I think I would go for England too, its only likely to happen once in a lifetime and it would be great to see how everyone in the country would respond.
