Just popped into the FlightCock fan site. Love reading them Deluded  Spud Twats go into meltdown. Do they know nothing about football? The w**kers never learn, all the possession means nowt if you don't score. Did their players have a shot on target,we scored their goal I can't remember Tibo making too many saves,Harry the Gooner hit the post was about as near as they came.          We where under pressure but but that comes with being Champions, Spurs would know nothing about that. Tbf, I think that at worst it's a booking.

And lets face it football is suppose to be a contact sport if you can't slightly mistime or misjudge a tackle what is the point in it being a contact sport. you my as well make all tackles red cards.

what about that tackle by Vertogen on Moses? it was in the 2nd half. High boot landed around Moses' knee. If that was a CFC player a red card would have been shown.

Second half he improved massively. Like you said, made couple vital headed clearances and also ran the channels well and created couple good opportunities. Was amazing the way he outpaced Alderwerield and nearly carved out a goalscoring opportunity. Looking forward to seeing him play against Everton when for 1 game he will actually have better service. First game, he was playing with a 10 man team. Today he was isolated againsta  team dominating much of the ball. He will score goals for fun once he is being fed the ball more. Espec when Hazard is back.

Luiz - I blame Conte for the Burnley defeat. Cesc should never have started as a CM in a 2. It was a foolish decision. Luiz should have been the go to option, just like today. He and Baka seemed to have a communication problem. A lot of times both went for the same ball, closed down the same man (leaving another free). But overall great perfroamnce. Except for his hollywood passes which never find their targets. 7/10

Kante - Brilliant performance. Cant analyze him, as its the same every week. 9/10

Bakayoko - Shaky start and debut. Went missing for large chunks of game. Had one great toure-ish run. Cant wait till he gets back to fitness. 6/10

Willian - Poor. Just like Moses, tried to do everything on his own. Was isolated and barely had options. Was closed down by the spurs mid who knew the threat he possessed. I am not going OTT with the criticism on him, because it was not the system for him to thrive. 5/10

Morata - Wow!!! We are in for a whirlwind season of which striker can play worse. Looked totally unfit and Un-Burnley-ish. Was so soft on the ball, Should have scored that sitter, hold up play was non-existent as he was on the ground as soon as he got the ball.He might be in for a tough ride in PL. 3/10

Subs - 

Bats - Sometimes you try to do things and they just get f**ked up. Hope he can redeem himself soon enough.

Pedro - Did not have much to do.

 

 

 

 

Spot on on most of your points, but I feel you have done wrong on two!  Morata 3 - seriously??  Dude Chelsea were defensive for most of the game and Morata did okay when called for!  He missed the early chance but I think at least a 6.  We had no creative play and our would be unfair to judge the striker negatively on such a game!  

Willian 5, no way based on the above - willian did so well to hold possession and bring everyone else into the game.  He was very very good in slowing down play and bringing Chelsea into the game!

 

Basthuayi - should go on loan!

Bakayoko - I can't wait till he's 100% fit!  This guy will run riot.  

Lastly,  Hazard - we miss you, can't wait for the Leicester game when you are back.  Interesting to see how Morata does when defenders have to worry about Eden as well!  If we beat Everton, we are in with a chance.  A serious chance to win the league

I had this exact same reaction. It really was an excellent presser from conte. Kept his cards close to his chest regarding tactics and Luiz, and laughed off the hyperbole the media are trying to push. 

When people were questioning whether we were about to repeat 15/16, I thought it was not only premature in the extreme, but the fight we showed in the second half against Burnley was proof that the players were all still pushing in same direction.
