We were world beaters 12 months ago, and here we are now devoid of any passion or fight. It starts from the top, and Conte's negative attitude and body language reflects this.

I have been saying it for a while, it's a collective problem, the root of the problems come from the board though. Whenever things go wrong, it's always the board that start it. This then filters through to the coach and then the players. Even though the board are the root of the problems, there is still no excuse for the players and coaches to down tools like they do though.
