I'm not watching the game, only following this thread, and I'm very confused by the different opinions on how everybody is playing

The same old whiney bitches start off on their scapegoat/hated player of choice. David Luiz was totally responsible for both the goals we let in.  Oh, wait.  We didn't.  and he wasn't playing.  But, never mind, it was his fault anyway.  And Willian was sh*te, according to some.  I think some people have never seen football before, or at least don't have any understanding of the game.

Oh, and a lot of our "fans" were bored by winning.  f**k knows what they  actually want, but obviously winning isn't it.

that's a bad knock for Pedro - likely to be concussed. but was the push on his back not inside the box?

Look's worse than concussion. Look's like he has done his shoulder in, that could keep him out for months if it's bad. He's one of our best goal threats, so losing him would be a big loss.

Tell you what, if he scores a hat trick in his next 6 games i might slightly alter my opinion. But as of now he should do Chelsea football club a favour and f**k off. Just my opinion but this poor excuse earns more in 2 months what I’m worth in 62 f**king years of working hard.

Spot on.

I plan to go to the return match. I may need something else to look forward to, judging from all the posts

Take some studs Valerie

Overall we were in complete control. And we got the 3 points away from home which is good. But we should have won this by more than 1 goal. I hope pedro is ok probably will be out for the game against the hammers now. Hope we can rotate more players for our next Europa game at home.

I did not see him holding his shoulder after the knock, he just seemed wacked out due to heavy collision with keepers knee.  Let’s hope he’s ok.

He was keeping his arm hanging low and straight and didn't want the medical team to put any pressure on it, that is usually a sign of a shoulder injury.

I'm still scratching my head as to why we only managed to win this game 1-0. Very wasteful in front of goal. Morata's confidence is completely shot, a few times he was needlessly caught offside and Giroud did better in the short amount of time he had on the pitch than Morata in the entire match. Willian same thing, very wasteful with no end product, although got the goal, but really should've had 3 or 4. Also Jorginho was running the show before he came off, what an asset he's been for us this season.

Anyway a win's a win, on paper this was our toughest match in this group, so this should be very comfortable going forward.

Good one , Vaal.

Thank you very much, I'm here all week!

Well, actually til this forum disappears, but that sounds so needy  :laugh2:

It was a poorer display than what we've been used to, but I don't expect us to play fantastic football week in, week out. The team are still continuing to learn Sarri's football. We kept a clean sheet though, so hey ho!
