I wish I never bothered watching the match. Good result but my god what a dreadful game.

You can tell if it's a poor match when I'm posting in the match thread.  Usually I'm too tense/excited/whatever.  God that was awful!  But job done. 

Oh man we were so fortunate to win that, completely undeserved. Its a win though and we're through now. Goes without saying we need to improve for Sunday though. 

The Bate coach must be on something, not starting Tuominen.

The positive is  players that were  totally rested and some used sparingly.

Poor performance, not helped by the fact that BATE sat back most of the night and only troubled us on the counter. We gave the ball away too much, moved the ball too slow and just looked lethargic. Thankfully we are through and hopefully that means Hudson-Odoi and Ampadu get their chances in the next EL game. 

Also know when a poor game you get to full time and the thread is only 8 pages!

Very poor but a wins a win.

Credit to the travelling fans deserve all your expenses back for that sloppy display.

Everton next have to pull ourselves together for that one.

Now this is bollocks.  We scored more than they did, so we deserved to win.  Football is decided by goals scored, not some sort of opinion from people watching on a stream on their laptops

I don't know, it seems like every team has these types of games in the Europa League. It just seems to be how the competition is at these early stages. The average teams give everything they can and the bigger teams don't have the same motivation.

I dont think anyone here would have felt it undeserved if they had won......we simply sucked badly tonight. But hey we won and it Counts the most.

And still would only have gotten 3 points. A win is a win, who cares?! We've had many performances this season which we as fans can be happy with. All that was needed today was the win and the team got it. Undefeated!
