Mason Mount

Featured Replies

Pulisic's been off Frank's radar lately but his excellent goal (offside) probably gives him another game against Liverpool.

If Mount is 100% he will start naturally. We need the squad we had against them in the Super Cup.

Strikes any resemblence to Valencia-game. Same player, same end result. He will get injured many more times I am afraid.

Sorry but you are talking rubbish on this, what do you want him to do exactly, just not tackle or go for a loose ball ever?

Of course I want him to go to those balls but we will see him injured going to those tight spots. That is what he is as a player.

But you have no proof he will get injured a lot, he was unlucky v valencia as it was a disgusting foul, that could literally have been any player on the end of it. Your whole attitude on this is so weird.

I think the same his anticipation is so good he will embarrass players yet by the same token likely to pick up injuries.

Great to have player like that willing to make things happen.

Coquelins tackle was a disgusting tackle, it was also deliberate how that never got a red card I have no idea, it could've put him out for 6 months at the very least, they can be career destroying.

It's not one you see everyday, I think he will be fine.

Mount's style will get him into spots he won't come out without bruises. Essien was very much like that albeit being a different player.

Mount is also showing leadership with everything he is doing. Future captain.

And VAR reviewed the Alonso yellow to see if it should be a Red. Where was this review for the dirty tackle in the Valencia game?

The whole misuse of VAR by biased people with their own agendas is a joke.

It wasn't a definite red. I think it was looked at.

Respectfully disagree. It was a season ending tackle Mount got very lucky with.

VAR can't review yellows.

I think they can review a foul if they think it could be a red.
