Watching Young Mason yesterday, he reminds me of a young Thomas Müller, and what  career he had, his slight frame non stop energy and unerring eye for a goal, the kid is going to be a superstar for us.

The link I was following had Dave Bassett commentating and he said Mount had an incredible future ahead of him.

Mount is nothing like Muller, he has 10 times more skill on the ball than Muller, their only similarity is their ability to move into Space, but Mount is a lot more skillfull

Bollocks mate, Müller was a fabulous player, check him out when he was 20, when he destroyed England in a world cup game and for Bayern and the national side,  Mount has a lot to do to prove, but boy he has started well

I never Said that Muller is a bad player, but he always has been average with the ball at his feet, whilst Mount is extremely skilfull with the ball

Again i still think they are comparable, Muller was silky skilful, never looked like it was an effort, also extremely good 1 in 3 strike rate, for some one who wasn't an out n out striker, i just couldn't think of anyone with mounts appearance that so resembled another player.

Coquelin passed the ball, fell over and Mount sticked his leg to that afterslide. It would be harsh to give red for that. Mount shouldn't have put his leg there. He knows it himself.

If Coquelin had tackled Mount who had the ball that is a straight red. Ref got that right as he did most calls on the night.

It is very unfortunate Mount got injured. But it happens. Hope it is just a bruise. Still could take 2 weeks to recover.

There's all sorts of speculation about how bad the injury is but we can't say until the scan results come in. Given Pedros performance in replacing him I think Frank might look at fast tracking CHO into the side. We really are struggling with injuries more than I can ever recall.

There was nothing unfortunate about that, its a despicable tackle made to look an accident, but he knew exactly what he was doing. Theres no way that was a natural trajectory for his leg to take after the way he played the ball.

Looked more like a 50/50 tackle to me, just unfortunately Mount took some damage. Actually, not even a tackle by Coquelin, it looked more like he was passing the ball and Mount's ankle was unfortunately placed.
