I know our defenders aren't used to decent corners, but they have had 2 today that they should have done much better with.

Willian lacks bravery around the penalty box. You could see the gap widening around the defenders and Loftus-Cheek there, but Willian just didn't have the confidence to play the pass. This is the reason why he has never been able to be classed as a world class winger.

And Alonso ran all that way and Willian decides to hold on to it and play it backwards, despite being a forward pass available when the RLC created the gap for Alonso.

I like Rudi but ideally he would be a squad player and not a first choice CB
