Just saw the replay. You’re right. It looked fine live — but the replay tells a clearly different story.

Yep, and he's a Manc, he's also the same referee who watched Alonso get speartackled by the Spurs backup goalie and didn't call it a penalty. Until VAR overturned it. 

He shouldn't be refereeing Chelsea games.
