I feel like the match going this way isn't too surprising with all the hoopla before the match. Hopefully the lads are able to take a collective breath and regain composure and secure the 3 points.

Absolutely terrible 1st half. I know tbe players may have struggled woth focus over last 48 hours, but this has been so below par.

Can see us losing this, so little intensity, maybe too much rotation, aswell. Starting kepa in the league sets the tone that you think the game is easier than others.

Tickles got selection wrong tonight just as with WBA, luckily its still nil nil, 

Havertz is not the option up front get a striker on, get Kante on with Jorginho and push Mason further up and see what happens, aint making the top 4 with a draw today

Been a sh*t first half. Ring the changes early and try and inject some life into this team. I would rather be watching the fans demo outside the ground. Was 100% more watchable.

yeah Ziyech has been extremely poor.. Mount looks confused in his role... no one playing in half spaces... absolutely piss poor ..

Get Zouma, Ziyech and Jorginho off.

Although Jorginho's 'madness skills' as the yutes would say was a highlight I suppose.

Once again, why are we afraid to move the ball forward against Brighton?  Turn and f**king attack for f**ks sake.

Poor first half, we're lacking defensively and offensively, our game is not getting played by the plan. With more minutes in the first half and Brighton could find the goal first.

We need at least two changes, we need fresh players. I'd put CHO instead of James, he will offer more creativity and Kante into the middle, get Pulisic/Ziyech off and move Mount forward because he doesn't look good in that position.

Our chance to reach the 3rd position, we must take it! COME ON CHELS!!!

Really bad 1st half, slow play, no urgency, no real desire to score.

Hope we have a better attitude in the 2nd, we have a chance to go 3rd.

We’re playing like it’s a second leg of a tie we’re already ahead in.

Need to play like it’s a one-off match where the team who scores the most goals wins.

That would make it alot more difficult for them to play out from the back, our biggest chances have come from pressing them high as well. I would put Ben Chilwell on for Alonso as well, we need to play alot quicker in the second half.

reece is not the quicket.. alonso is the slowest.. they arent beating anyone.. No one is making runs..

I’m glad they’re not talking about the match during half time. 

Not surprised to hear we sound so awful. Not able to catch the half but sounds like we need to make 3 changes but sou is like we wont be winning this one.

 

Need Kante, Giroud and Gilmour on sou is like.

Lets see what Tommy can do to them at HT, we don't need anymore 'wake up calls'.

I would blame it on the Super League sh*te if it wasn't for the fact that this has happened a few times of late. Tuchel tinkers, we play too slow which leads to sloppy football, we fail to get the result. This seems to be following the same pattern.

Poor half, Ziyech and James are especially bad.

Also, the sh*t refereeing trend continues. We're gettting yellow cards for the same type of fouls opposition mysteriously doesn't.

I think this this exactly the type of game that calls for halftime subs, we need to wake up.

We might as well give Brighton the ball if we play more longballs at Reece James, who is up against the tallest left back in the league.
