Well congrats to the team, but that was an awful performance against an average team.  Very fortunate to get the penalty, very soft and doubt it would have been given in the EPL.  A trophy is a trophy, I guess and Roman will be happy to have the complete set, but surely he didn't envision winning trophies playing such boring pragmatic football enough to send the fans to sleep.  If TT stays then he surely has to start looking at the way we are playing going forward.  Onward upward - Palace might be a banana skin on our return.    

If the penalty against them was harsh, so was the one against us. He went to block with his hands up, I thought the penalty for both sides was fair.

I thought the pen against us was harsh but the one we were awarded was fair - it was a shot on goal blocked by a defender's hand, imho that should always be a pen (unless you're on the goalline at Anfield and it's bounced onto your hand off your thigh)
