March 13, 20224 yr I think it's time Mount has a spell out of the team, I've been a fan of him since the Youth Cup days but right now he's simply not cutting it. Werner I defended last season because I genuinely believe that despite his finishing issues we were a better team with him in it, total opposite right now for whatever reason. Lukaku I was hoping would come in chomping at the bit with a point to prove, he done the total opposite. We need more depth in fullback this summer but that goes without saying at this point. As fot Havertz, build the team around him. Edited March 13, 20224 yr by Argo
March 13, 20224 yr I get it with Havertz now, he's totally turned the corner. He's an absolute class act.
March 13, 20224 yr We win ugly with a great goal from Havertz, Sky said it was like Bergkamp, that'll do for me. Havertz could have gone for a red. Chalobah was lucky to have not conceded a penalty too against Murphy. I'm sure the above makes up for some lucky wins against under Pardew. Started well then about 15 mins in Newcastle threatened to overload us on the flanks and were arguably better. Mount - terrible set pieces. Rudiger - good attacking runs Sar - lacks a bit of control at times. Havertz could have scored from that header yet that cross I think from Kova was superb. Kova -played well for me. Lukaku runs too ealry. A bad week ends well.

March 13, 20224 yr Just now, just said: That's just dog sh*t IMO. Well, you would say that, Kante can't have a bad game in your eyes.

March 13, 20224 yr Still trying to figure out how we won this, but it doesn't really matter, does it. Hopefully this instills a do or die belief in our team. Get some f**king silverware or die trying (oh alright, perhaps just a papercut, as long as they bleed for the Chelsea cause).
March 13, 20224 yr Watching shearer cry about the non penalty call makes my day . Also shout out to Jorginho for that Hollywood pass..
March 13, 20224 yr Havertz could easily had a hatrick today and it all comes from his brilliant movement, meanwhile Lukaku is busy standing around and pointing. That challange on Dan Burn was never anything more then a yellow, Burn was the one rushing into the situation.

Honestly, Kante has added some subtle Jorginho type holding play and lovely dribbling skills with his jet heeled acceleration, he played brilliantly today(my motm). our mid 3 should be Jorgi and Kante deeper, and the dynamic Kova smashing through defences
March 13, 20224 yr Just now, just said: And he can't seem to have a good one in yours. Kante has been one of my favourite players since he signed for the club, but when he is playing poor, I will call it out. I can't just ignore the silly fouls, poor passing, poor ball control and losing defensive battles that he has been losing of late. He still comes out with the odd good dribble here and there, but that's not enough. The Kante we are seeing now is nowhere as good as Kante can be. At this moment, I would have Kovacic ahead of him, I think Kovacic has had a far better season overall than Kante.

Yes I felt he had a decent game in what was collectively a poor overall team performance. Not just because he was looking to always break forward as you said, but also the amount of defensive work he got through. His standards are so consistent only Mendy, Rudiger and Silva are comparable IMO.
March 13, 20224 yr I acutally like it that we got away with the pen and red card and scored a late winner. After the all the sh*t we got you can all open your mouths and down our extra salty piss
