We still have Kante but he's been struggling with injuries. Hopefully Havertz can keep up his form and continue to develop into a top player.

For the 2nd leg I wish we get the Romenian referee who was at City's game yesterday. Thought he was great. This one tonight is a bit of a w**ker.

The difference has been 1 team has a world class keeper who made a world class save, the other a decent keeper who gifted the other team a goal.

 

And

1 team has a world class striker, who scored 2 beautiful headers. The other had a lump of a striker who missed the target with a header when unmarked in the middle of the goal.

Mendy had a brainfart and up top we haven't been clinical which is a shame since we've definitely had chances this half.

A loss is one thing but that is really frustrating, they aren’t better than us and they didn’t outplay us one man made the difference for them and a howler by our keeper

Yeah I meant we claim to be one but our finishing barring Kai is championship level..

It’s only now we realise the worth of a lamps or a drogba..

Btw @The Don Antonio I totally blame Alonso for not being in the field against Juventus and letting Ben hurt himself, which put us in this hole to start with. 😅

They are just better than us, can't really have many complaints, other than Mendy's sh*t passing yet again. They have a world class striker who makes even half chances into very good ones, we don't have anything like that, and our defence just couldn't cope with them.

If there is one reason for hope it is that the away leg is to come and we generally have been much better on the road. That being said the last 2 games we have been appalling.

I can't believe we still haven't found a proper striker since Diego Costa.

They didn't outplay PSG either but they were able to score a few goals in a short time span and the same thing happen tonight.
