While Gallagher, Broja, Vale and other youth players are tearing it up at other clubs.

As part of their article about De Jong to United could well still happen, Sky Sports have said Barcas higher ups very much want to conclude a deal with us for Auba ASAP and are hopeful him and depay leaving means they can register Kounde.

He'll be a decent stop gap where hopefully the club are looking at a striker like Vlahovic as a long term prospect.

Manager has no pull, & I am not convinced top attacking players are pushing to play in his system. Word does get around amongst players. 
If the players really wanted to push to come here, they will be handing in transfer requests & forfeiting their loyalty bonuses.

Just as well play all the kids he's spunked his money on, can't be any worse than what we have running out on the pitch right now.

We need a new striker this season. Kai & Broja won’t be enough to get into the top 4 I feel.
