I don't think results are not longer relevant. First leg of the CL was important and we dropped, Southampton was a must easy win and we lost, Spurs was the local derby we needed to win and we didn't even show up.  Leeds will play for their survival, Dortmond is a better team than us right now, why would a lose there bother Boehly or Potter? We could lose the next 4 and Boehly won't do a thing.

Once we win a game, all the good PRs will run stories about a man overcome adversity and impossible odds, and whatever the losing streak will the just be the past.

probably make a documentary ...

It is a puzzling absence he shares with Avram Grant.

Please do not put disrespect on his name. The maestro tactician got us to champions league final. He also hasn’t lost a single home game.

Avram Grant win rate - 66.67%
Graham Potter win rate - 34.6%

I'm surprised he isn't respected as much. Even if it was pure man management with no tactics, 2nd and losing a CL final on pens to Ronaldo's United is really impressive. Bit harsh that he got sacked for that

Dion Dublin said today he hasn't won since we got the new wave of players in.

Also added we seemed to lack structure in our play.

Yet for me the football gods play a role, no Silva and no Reece James, I don't think you can plan for this.

Now we have gone 3 at the back, fingers crossed.

Nothing like a set piece header to paper over the cracks, a bumper 10 year extension for Potter I guess now Boehly?

Don’t even get me started on Mudryk, what a sorry situation for a player with such immense talent.

Been saying the entire time that Mudryk will be considered a flop if we stick with Potter. We need a coach that is direct and has our wingers running at players. Mudryk has his back to goal most of the time and it's clearly something he hates. If we had an Ancelotti or Klopp coaching this team, we would have something to look forward to. We need a manager with a more direct approach.

Boehlys reaction at full time was interesting. Utter relief and joy. The cheeky high five to the lady sitting behind him who was likely on her phone 95% of the time during the match.

The reports he’s desperate for Potter to work out (to prevebt the embarrassment of sacking him) amidst the advice from the actual football people running this club, looking more and more true.

Yep, it’s rather depressing but a reality we’re gonna have to put up with, at least for this season.

Our very own Solskjaer as pointed out by others. The bed has been made.

I didn't expect him to win the support over with one win, but the level of depression on here is ridiculous, i suppose that's what happens if results don't back up your agenda.

We had to park the bus against Leeds, they’re bottom of table. It’s just not good enough.

Very hard to argue with 3 wins in 17 games.

One must surely have an agenda not to be pleased with those results.

People were calling for Benitez and Sarris heads for far better performances than this.

We've managed to scrape past the likes of Leeds and Bournemouth through sheer quality, but tactically we're horrendous.

I do find it strange that those who continue to back Potter are likely the same ones that probably wanted Sarri out mid season.

I mean while that's fair and I agree, when the performances and results were in reverse (ala Dortmund) we were told it was only the result that counts.
