If true that would suggest him at WB and Cucurella at LCB imo.

Not confident at all for this, st james park is one of those grounds that if you dont play very well, you get beat. Similar to Goodison.

I dont really see a scenario that we take 3 points, but I'm really hoping for a good performance.

This has to be an agreement with Silva to make sure he makes the WC . No way should Koulibaly be starting based on Wednesday performance.

Very pessimistic about this game but let's see.

Tough to say what could happen here. Nobody is optimistic and that's for a good reason. But I don't think we should be afraid of anyone, let alone Newcastle. Even with this lineup we still have the quality to prevail...

With two natural CMs at wingback and both Mount and Gallagher starting I wonder if we're going for the Pep tactic of totally overwhelming the midfield with sheer numbers.

Tbh I've been critical of Loftus Cheek pretty much since he's broke through but at wingback I don't mind him as much.

He's has largely done well there and not just against fodder, we totally dominated Tottenham and Real Madrid with him playing (well) there both times.

RLC in the startling lineup once again and Zakaria on the bench.
