Amazing isn't it, seeing people wave away the absolute twatting at Arsenal too, just ignore that and concentrate on beating west ham who were blatantly on the beach.

Also let's ignore that we've been told for months that it's not pochs fault, it's the terrible squad and injuries, no one could have done better. Yet here we are, more injuries than ever, same squad yet winning games, after he finally managed to figure out a way to plug the massive f**king hole in midfield and finally binned one of the worst centre half partnership's weve ever had....because of injuries.

I feel like there should be a poll after the season's over, it's too hard to judge right now

 

Almost everyone was Poch out after the Arsenal game, now he's changed the system last minute and we actually look good.

Anorim sounds exciting. Tuchel and Conte also entice me even though I know it'll just end in disaster again eventually. 

The likelihood of Conte or Tuchel coming back is extremely low, and Liverpool will likely snap Anorim up. So if it comes to that and the only alternatives are Flick, De Zerbi, and Thomas Frank, f**k it, I would much rather just give Poch another go next season.

Pretty much agree.

The thoughts of things ending in disaster shouldn't deter us though as pretty much every manager appointment in football ends in disaster at some point, else nobody would get sacked.

Tuchel for me is the only truly elite manager about that has relevance and a kinship with the club. But with our hopeless arrogant owners I doubt very much if this would happen.

Flick may be interesting but none of the others look particularly exciting.  So whilst i fully expect these clowns to dress it up as a show of their long term strategy i suspect that they will continue with Poch simply because there isn't any better around that would choose us.

I feel there should be a poll to decide if there should be a poll at the end of the season. @Modall in favour?

Poch to stay hopefully, he has the players behind him and we have slowly evolved for the better throughout the season.

The only other coach we should go for is Anorim if Poch was to go, but I think he's earned a longer stint.

Liverpool have appointed Arne Slot. So Amorin is free. 

The reality is you don't sack a manager when things are improving. We're a top 4 side based on the second half of the season. We've barely lost a game in 2024. 

If we sacked Poch, we would be a laughing stock. He needs another year. 

Let’s see how we play the next games, which will be tricky, before I can give a vote of confidence to Pochettino after the sh*t season we’ve had in terms of how the team has played. Most weekends we looked like a pub team rather than a professional team, and it is not due to the lack of quality or the injuries, as we’ve seen in the last couple of games (or against City for example).

Realistically I think we get 7 points from 9 and finish 7th with Newcastle getting similar. 

I think Forest will be out hardest game of the 3.
