If only we had Potter, Werner and Erland Johnson....we would be champions.

Lurch, Rodney, Peter Nicholas and Cascarino. What a dream spine that would have been. Defo champions with those guys.

David Lee was a cracking ball player....could genuinely do with him now.

I loved David Lee, just a no nonsense defender, boot something when he got there, not bothered what it was, ball, man, ref, dog, post.

There are a ton of news circulating about exits and mostly to players that we have trusted to deliver in the Conference League. That is not only their role as it also helps the first XI to rest between games. So I am wondering if it is that very smart.

I understand it is not the easiest thing to throw a confident International level player like Nkunku or maybe even Felix to that second category and expect them to be happy but I thought we have a big squad for a reason and it has worked so far.

If we now move on Veiga, Casadei, KDH, Disasi and maybe couple more with the knowledge of Fofana, James and Lavia injury history we are basically shooting ourselves in the foot so to say.

Maybe we will recall Chalobah, Santos, Anselminho and some others to cover but we would essentially break something that has worked for our benefit so far.

I don't know....this slump of form and negative news to transfers is getting me nervous.

It's quite interesting that the Poch last 19 games vs Maresca first 19 is doing the rounds but simultaneously we keep getting told we've lost our best CB, best midfielder, 2nd best attacker and not allowed to play our best LB.

Or on the flip side, we've had a fit Fofana who we keep getting told is great. Signed future Balon D'or winner Felix. Managed to get minutes out of Lavia. Signed Neto who is apparently a huge upgrade on Madueke. Got rid of the god awful Sterling for Sancho. Replaced Gallagher who was nothing more than a workhorse who was only rated cus he was a Cobham lad and upgraded him with a player perfectly suited to Maresca-ball. Finally signed some depth at the back with Tosin.

All these upgrades and we've barely improved.

It's a 2 tailed argument.

On one hand we are earning less points per game compared to Poch's last 19 fixtures.

On the other hand, we are 8 points better off and 6 positions higher this time last season.

i know, i was just pointing out how one sided Argo's comment was.

Out coached in the 2md half for the 5th game on the run.

Still hasn't sorted the defence out. Absolutely no plan b whatsoever.

As sh*t as Amorim has been at United, he has already got 2 bigger wins under his belt than Maresca has so far.

Jackson has cost us points with his finishing, but Maresca refuses to even work with Nkunku and give him a run in the team. So our best finisher is going Bayern who are actually a proper club that make decisions in the market to compete for trophies.

He's lost his marbles.

Watched Caicedo dominate everyone in midfield when he was fresh and allowed to stay in the middle of the park and still somehow thinks its a good idea to punt him to rightback where he's rubbish.

Easiest five run game you'll ever get in this league (last easy run of that kind of the season too mind) and 3 points is all we're left with.

Mirror image of his Leicester trajectory is also a major worry of course.

Strange calls in all games .. Caicedo at RB?? Felix and nkunku together in a game.. no subs .. can’t understand his tactics and logics

Not good enough. Just when I started to waiver from thar belief, after we beat Brentford, he showed his true colors.

Imagine if he had the injury issues of Poch? We would be bottom half.

Ultimately he is just another bad choice by our useless directors and the owners that hired them all.

I hate our football, despise it even. I just want that old Chelsea back, the one I grew up with. A strong defence and midfield, powerful, a bit of flair in attack, good on the counter. Not this tippy tappy bo**ocks that I have always made very clear that I detest watching. Get it out of the club once and for all. Just a sh*tter version of Arsenal under Wenger in the mid 2000's.
