Agreed sadly. And unless Clearlake decided on a change of strategy nothing much will improve. We need an experienced manager that can get the most out of the players. Problem is I don't see Clearlake bringing in somebody like that as they would have to change the way they operate.

It doesn't really matter who the manager is right now. The last 4 years have gradually eroded the winning culture at the club to point where we now have no senior players from who the youngsters can learn.

Don't think you can buy a winning mentality either. It's a shambles.

Hes probably under instructions from the SDs to bring Josh on at least for a few minutes to keep him in the shop window for a summer sale. Against a backdrop of us chasing the game ( and previous games) you could assume the SDs are not prioritising winning games. That coupled with Finklestein saying managers do not affect the results of games ( or words to that effect ) is really worrying. We need a manager who will live and die by his own decisions. Inexperienced Gullible Weak are the type of qualities we are drawn to in our quest for the worst premier league manager in the clubs history.

I think our worst finishes in recent Premier league times was Potters 12th followed by Jose 10th? if this no mark is here next year he could comfortably beat that. Hell he might even go close this year!

Did you see our bench? No one there is going to help us win a game so who comes on is irrelevant.

If we don't put the game to bed with your starting XI the game is as good as lost cause that bench isn't going to help us.

Remember him banging on about being 3rd in the form table since he took over 2 weeks ago, we are now down to 10th.

Agreed. Licking the asses of his superiors and being a yes man will only get him so far. Potter was eventually dismissed due to results and I think Rosenior will be too. Will be a struggle to get conference league at this rate.

Bad players, bad manager, bad owners. You can get by with one of those three being bad, when you have two, you're going to have problems, when it's three, it's a hopeless case.

You look at the number of chances and our actual goals vs XG and they're a joke. That shows that though we may have issues with tactics, we have players getting to where they should be and just not doing their jobs. That's more than the manager. We keep cycling through managers and still having the same two problems: players that can't score and sloppy play leading to goals against us, often against the run of play. We go through manager after manager and these problems at best persist and at worse become more of a problem.

Look at what Lampard said during his second stint. He was saying that he had to deal with players who didn't care and didn't listen, they were safe in their long term highly paid job, the manager wasn't, why should they listen to the manager? There's no reason to believe that the attitude of the squad has improved since then.

The manager hasn't shown any signs of being a top level manager but he's in an impossible job.

Yes, but put one or more of Derry, Kavuma-Mcqueen, Walsh and Mheuka there. At least it would insert some excitement and intent into the game, but no. Instead we have three centre backs and three centre midfielders there. Thats on Rosenior

You need to exclude the Fulham defeat as this was with Calum McFarlane in the dug out. So for Rosenior it is 8th January onwards ...
