April 19Apr 19 Hopeless coach and nothing more than a puppet for BlueCo.Far worse than even Graham Potter.

And unless Clearlake decided on a change of strategy nothing much will improve. We need an experienced manager that can get the most out of the players. Problem is I don't see Clearlake bringing in somebody like that as they would have to change the way they operate.
April 19Apr 19 It doesn't really matter who the manager is right now. The last 4 years have gradually eroded the winning culture at the club to point where we now have no senior players from who the youngsters can learn. Don't think you can buy a winning mentality either. It's a shambles.

April 19Apr 19 We played well to be fair but as usual dismal squad planning leaves us with no option on the bench to help change a game
April 19Apr 19 He talks a good game, and that’s about all. Slightly off topic. The first manager I remember was Dave Sexton. Guess how many managers we have had since 1974, including interims?Who was the last gaffer that was universally rated by our support. Tuchel had his detractors. Conte, Ancellotti maybe. We’re not easily pleased…

We are now incapable of winning.I'm convinced we will be the reason Spurs aren't relegated this season.
April 19Apr 19 Absolute f**king donkey. I couldn't believe my eyes when we needed a goal and he brought on two CBs. He has done absolutely nothing right since he's come in, yes we all know that the board situation is sh*t and the players could be better, but there is absolutely no way that this squad we have should be as sh*t as they're showing. Get him the f**k out now.
April 19Apr 19 What is this thing of LR keep bringing on Acheampong for the last 10 minutes? Fair play to the lad for coming on and looking enthusistic. If it was me I would say, f**k off, you should have brought me on at half-time.Think everyone agreed Hato was our best player by far yesterday. Now watch LR stick him back on the bench for the next few games and bring Tosin ot Chalobah back.

Now watch LR stick him back on the bench for the next few games and bring Tosin ot Chalobah back.Hes probably under instructions from the SDs to bring Josh on at least for a few minutes to keep him in the shop window for a summer sale. Against a backdrop of us chasing the game ( and previous games) you could assume the SDs are not prioritising winning games. That coupled with Finklestein saying managers do not affect the results of games ( or words to that effect ) is really worrying. We need a manager who will live and die by his own decisions. Pedro is our only source of those rare things called goals - i wonder how injured he really was, perhaps the medical team were just showing their authority " Dont worry little Liam will accept anything we tell him Dr Eghbali sir "Inexperienced Gullible Weak are the type of qualities we are drawn to in our quest for the worst premier league manager in the clubs history.I think our worst finishes in recent Premier league times was Potters 12th followed by Jose 10th? if this no mark is here next year he could comfortably beat that. Hell he might even go close this year! Edited April 19Apr 19 by OTL
April 19Apr 19 I’m pretty confident that he will be gone at the end of the season. He’s not shown enough to keep his job.

April 19Apr 19 When he does depart he will likely use an introductory video clip teaser perhaps followed by a short film maybe with an accompanying booklet.before considering one of the many offers available to him. Man Age.

No one there is going to help us win a game so who comes on is irrelevant. If we don't put the game to bed with your starting XI the game is as good as lost cause that bench isn't going to help us.
April 19Apr 19 Remember him banging on about being 3rd in the form table since he took over 2 weeks ago, we are now down to 10th.

Licking the asses of his superiors and being a yes man will only get him so far. Potter was eventually dismissed due to results and I think Rosenior will be too. Will be a struggle to get conference league at this rate.
April 19Apr 19 Bad players, bad manager, bad owners. You can get by with one of those three being bad, when you have two, you're going to have problems, when it's three, it's a hopeless case. You look at the number of chances and our actual goals vs XG and they're a joke. That shows that though we may have issues with tactics, we have players getting to where they should be and just not doing their jobs. That's more than the manager. We keep cycling through managers and still having the same two problems: players that can't score and sloppy play leading to goals against us, often against the run of play. We go through manager after manager and these problems at best persist and at worse become more of a problem.Look at what Lampard said during his second stint. He was saying that he had to deal with players who didn't care and didn't listen, they were safe in their long term highly paid job, the manager wasn't, why should they listen to the manager? There's no reason to believe that the attitude of the squad has improved since then. The manager hasn't shown any signs of being a top level manager but he's in an impossible job.

At least it would insert some excitement and intent into the game, but no. Instead we have three centre backs and three centre midfielders there. Thats on Rosenior

So for Rosenior it is 8th January onwards ...
