December 20, 20196 yr Anyone else really like the look of demiral from juve? Similar price to Ake, but reminds me of vidic. Very strong and aggressive. Leicester reportedly favourites to sign in though ahead of spurs snd arsenal.

Leicester has some good scouts, we probably should tap their phones and sign whoever they're after, because I forgot the last time we've got a quality player for a reasonable fee.

December 23, 20196 yr Looks like a done deal to sign Norwegian teenager, Bryan Fiabema. https://metro.co.uk/2019/12/21/chelsea-agree-deal-norwegian-teenager-bryan-fiabema-impressive-trial-11945664/
December 29, 20196 yr With a few days remaining before the window opens the 'Rumours' page seems rather flat. Apart from the summer when we knew we couldn't sign anyone it all seems rather quiet even in the press it seems are clutching at straws and do not have any solid leads of who we are likely to sign. Everyone must be sworn to secrecy within the Boardroom....or haven't got a clue. Well let's hope they get it right whoever they bring in. Or maybe we are waiting for the summer?
December 29, 20196 yr A rumour just read about Barcelona considering an approach for Klopp at season's end. I would find that quite amusing if he left Liverpool so quickly.

Hadn't we decided in our collective forum members' wisdom that we didn't need him, as he would stifle the growth of at least 8 of our young players? Edited December 30, 20196 yr by Valerie

December 30, 20196 yr I'd take Coutinho and get shot of Barkley in the process as it looks like he has fallen out of favour anyway and with RLC coming back I don't see any need for him. Although we have abundance of midfield talent they can't score and that's where Coutinho fits in IMO.
December 31, 20196 yr We should try to sign Aubameyang. Fantastic player for 1-2years and we can play the 352 or 343 as well as a great replacement for Tammy if he has off days
December 31, 20196 yr I disagree with Coutinho and Auba. Coutinho reminds me of Oscar, very hot & cold. Don’t want to see an inconsistent player again. We’ve had it with Oscar and now with Willian. Auba would be too expensive and I don’t fancy him, especially not at 30. Surely there is better options. Werner for example probably would cost the same, not just in transfer also in wages.
January 1, 20206 yr Inter are considering to bid for Emerson at 25m or 30m. https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/chelsea-transfer-news-emerson-inter-milan-bid-juventus-epl-a9265436.html

January 2, 20206 yr I prefer Alonso over Emerson if we had to keep one. At least Alonso is a competent wing back when we adopt the 3-4-3 formation.
January 2, 20206 yr Hope the club makes it clear that Gallagher is not for sale. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-7843915/West-Brom-Swansea-join-race-sign-19-year-old-Chelsea-midfielder-Conor-Gallagher.html
