There are Massey Ferguson olympic events in which Nando would struggle to get gold in the 100m sprint. I do actually feel sorry for him though. He hasn't just lost a yard of pace, it is more like 20 metres of it! That isn't a confidence thing, it is a physical thing that will never be recovered and is the reason we have to get rid of him in January. He would struggle to start in any team in the premiership at the moment let alone a top four side.

The best thing you could say about tonight's performance from Torres is that he tried hard. Again.

He was like this towards the end of his Liverpool days, nothing seems to be improving. Today though he had a right to be pissed, he was constantly being fouled.

I think he will be starting each game until January and maybe even after that.

He's done, never gonna be the same player be once was, I'd definitely think we should go for Falcao and offer Torres as part of the deal. I can see Torres looking better in La Liga, it's not as intense as our league and its not as quick.
