Another good performance by him. He got few minutes and succeed to win some balls and helped the team to defend the victory. He gets chance, he proves himself.

That's the captain coming out in him, maybe one to consider for the near future vacancy.

If he brakes into the first eleven then its a one horse race because the lad is a natural leader. However i think he is more of a long term squad player type player, which isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination but also means he can't be club captain. When i watch him i think he can do a job and fill in but i don't see a stand out quality that could threaten Matic let alone Kante or potential new signings.

What i do hope is he is the start of us using our academy/loan army for squad depth as opposed to signing squad fillers.

Conte obviously rates him highly, he kept him as a first squad player. His chances may be slightly limited but the winning formula was hard to change. Think he will get a start against either Peterborough or Notts County depending on what we get. Quality youth product Chelsea through and through.

Side note: Helllloooooo Emily...

I actually find her a tad annoying on social media,  i follow her obviously because she's a big chelsea fan, but there's something about her that seems a bit off to me, I can't put my finger on it though.

That's what all the commentators say, and that makes me suspect that this pronunciation is incorrect.

I agree with you, something seems very strange

First to defend his teammate, loved to see that.

Loved that. Mark of a good man. Didn't even hesitate. Waded straight in.

You follow her because she is an above average looking female, otherwise you'd be following hundreds of thousands of "big chelsea fans".

It's ironic that you find her annoying as it is people just like you following her that makes her "a thing" which in turn in all probabilities plays a big part in people finding her annoying.

Eh.... No. Just because someone is an 'above average looking female' does not mean i'd follow them. I follow plenty of people of both genders (shocking i know)

I don't think she's attractive in the slightest but she seems to get a lot of attention from people involved with the club, so it's sometimes worth following her for her retweets etc, which i may not see otherwise. However I still find her annoying as a person. Does that explain it to you? I'm sure there's someone else for you to moan at who might give a sh*t

Apologies, I shouldn't have assumed.

My gripe is with her being "a thing" because there are undoubtedly thousands who do follow her because of the reasons I said.
