Watching Hazard in the last two games, he looks slightly disinterested, maybe he needs to worry less about a move to RM, and he isn't the answer to their Goalscoring woes, so he may be down, knowing that maybe Mbappe, Salah or Kane are what RM need, stay here with CHO, Ampadu, Pulisic, and take us to the next level

In all fairness -  It could be the amount of football he has to play. Not enough break or rotation in the squad.

If Hazard looked disinterested against Southampton, then the whole team can be accused of it. He wasn't at this best, but he was still our best attacking player. 

If there is one player that doesn't deserve to have his performances criticised this season, it's Hazard.

Definitely agree there, its just when you notice Hazard below par, it looks worrying, but with Chelsea and Cesc going, he can see CHO wanting game time, and here he is seeming a bit nonplussed, but there's always some sort of drama with our club

Bar them couple of goals and assist playing false 9 I think he's been pretty poor since the first two months of the season, he will hit another purple patch just in time for the last six weeks of the season or so I see it every year.. even his best two seasons under conte 1st year and mourinho title winning year he was amazing start and finish and " okay" through the bulk of it

That means they've got Diaz (£20m), Vinicius (£45m), Rodrygo (£40m), Bale (£80m), Asensio (Spain's golden boy), Isco (Another Spain golden boy) all that can play on the wings. Are they really likely to spend £100m+ on a winger when they are so weak at ST and other positions. 

Could genuinely see Hazard staying.

Hazard's Birthday today. 

He's turned 28. 

What better way to celebrate the big day than treating yourself to a lovely payrise by signing a new 5 year contract with Chelsea. 

Go on Eden, you know it makes sense.

*£80m. No chance Hazard is going for 100m+ unless it involves unloading Kovacic. 

 

Hazard will be £50m + Kovacic in my mind. If he goes. We have absolutely no power in this transfer. We either sell to Madrid, or we give him away for free in a year.

Pulisic just went for £60m with the exact same contract situation. £100m for Hazard is minimum imo.

There was allegedly competition for Pulisic, Hazard only wants Madrid. Madrid will only bid £50m & he will be expected to force the move.

Like RIP Mourinho suggested Madrid have spent over €200m on the next generation, can’t see the move happening. They are well stocked on the left as things stand.

Nahh I can easily see RM do it........he would be their new star to give the fans some hope. They know they can get him for peanuts compared to many others, add a quality striker and their attack is set. Still very dangerous this one.

Spurs are basically Madrid's feeder club so it wouldn't surprise me if they went for him. Eriksen is world class. Seems strange though as his strongest position doesn't seem to be on the left. Madrid need wingers and strikers, they already have Isco & James centrally.

Hazard is truly world class, entering his peak and plenty of clubs would want him. Mad to argue Pulisic has bigger market potential.

This is why it would be bitter if he leaves.
He is a legend of the club but these years 27-29 are his peak years and last year he had no real support in attack similar to his own level but at the national level he captained Belgium to the third place finish at the World Cup which is a big deal, Belgium didn't need any freaking penalties luck to progress and they lost to the champions France.

I can only imagine how dangerous would the attack look if he stays, Pulisic that excels on the right side and loves to dribble and Hazard on the left would be very hard to play against.

I think madrid need playmakers more than wingers. They have modric who is turning 34 next season, and is reportedly wanting a move to Italy. Kovacic and Isco seem to want out aswell. Which leaves Kroos, as the only playmaker, with llorente coming through. 

Compare that to their wingers, and they have bale, Vazquez, asensio, vinivius, rodrygo, and they have just bought Diaz. 

I think they are more likely to go for eriksen and a striker.

Paying £100m plus for hazard doesn’t really make financial sense given that he will be approaching 29 if he moves in July. 

Given that they will looking for a new manager as well, it makes it rather messy. If they really want Poch, they will have to pay £30-40m to release him which eats into their budget.

That said, Real are clearly a club in trouble given their current state and may well just throw money at the situation.

Done so countless times and will again for sure......RM wont be out for too long, their supporters demand it.

Well it doesn't, and Hazard is not a player that can produce the amount of goals that Ronaldo did anyway, for Real Madrid it would be logical to search for someone like Kane or Icardi that can score a lot of goals.

The problem is that they would need to rebuild a big part of their squad as many are older now, part from a few like Varane and Casemiro and such...so investing so much in Hazard that has maybe 3 top seasons in him wouldn't make sense.

If you happen to care about such things... One group that does this type of work.. includes age (has to include health, that's why KDB fell some), talent, etc... etc.. as always, just a guide,

I think it's going to take at least 80M to get Hazard in the summer. At least...
