I have the same problem. I think Gabriel gave Costa a little kick.

They can replace the CB and remove an attacking player and we should win with little threat to our goal

I don't understand Costa at all. He gets irrationally angry over nothing.

 

Obviously this time it worked out, with an inexplicable red card for Arsenal, but most of the time, it'll end in Costa being sent off.

I agree there but sometimes refs can try and even things up and Costa is in his mind now.

Costa could have received his marching orders. He was very lucky.

Arsenal should count themselves lucky that the penalty wasn't given as gabriel should've got booked then. They tried to get Costa sent off so then got what they deserved, more diving, histrionics and play acting from them as per usual

Costa pushed him away with both hands in his face then swung a hand around and caught his face. He reacted and Costa ended up on floor. When Costa got up he used his chest to shove him down. Yellow cards a piece (should most likely have been a red for Costa).

Costa continued digging him out walking down the field and he reacted and kicked out at Costa and got himself sent off.

Ok defensively, but constantly giving the ball away in good positions, and technically not good enough tight spaces. So over-rated.

I know this has gone in our favour but you really have to question the quality of refeeing in this league, it's beyond a disgrace and really needs looked at

The game has become far too soft, Wise used to wind people up all the time and no one complained, I remember when he pinched Nicky Butt and got him sent off.

Well, that is probably the best half of football we have played in the league this season. Defense, good, midfield, stronger, attack, getting there.

Sittning hear with my 7 year old grandson trying to explain Costa's behaviour, this is not right.
