Costas antics are unacceptable

He needs to rap it

I will sub him off at the break because the referee might look to even things off in the second half.

Long term I think he needs "real" competition for a starting spot, he has started racking up the cards and that will cost us.

It's a shame because this Costa stuff is going to completely overshadow the positivity of our football in the first half, and if we win it will give Wenger and the gooners something to bitch about.

Hope Costa is on for the second half and scores!

i think some people on here are gooners tbh

Load of nonesense there at the end. Costa has some serious issues. Every game there seems to be a fear he could be off.

Hazard has been so quiet so far. He hardly seems to be getting the ball in recent games.

Hazard has been one of our most attacking players. He's look a lot better today than he has in any other game this season.

It's a fact that costa should have been sent off, it has nothing to do with feeling bad for arsenal.

I don't understand Costa at all. He gets irrationally angry over nothing.

Obviously this time it worked out, with an inexplicable red card for Arsenal, but most of the time, it'll end in Costa being sent off.

Are you sure? how many time was he sent off last season?

BT Sport want the FA to impose a red on Diego - no surprise there then...

He's been booked for it. The FA will do their best to find a loophole though I suppose.

Oh well, we should have had a red card, Arsenal fouled Hazard in the penalty area and we should have had a penalty.

That's true about the penalty, the pundits seem to forgotten all about it already.

The game has become too soft, people can't except players like Costa these days, as I mentioned earlieir Wise used to do this and no one complained.

What's with everyone turning on Costa for battling? It's about time our players showed some passion, yeah so he got lucky? So did Gabriel for the penalty, how many times were we hard done by last season? f**k Arsenal & f**k oppositions opinion. We're here to win. They got involved with Costa and he won, that's football! Come on the Chels!!!

bt sports commentary is shocking as well, you can tell they spent all the money on the rights!

'kin robbie savage yesterday deary me

and lol how they have talked nothing but about costa and nothing about the most clear penalty since 1909 that we werent given??

rio Ferdinand can feck right off wtf!!!!

get him out the game, disgrace

I love Costa's passion. He's like a bull who wants to win at all costs so I love him for that but he needs to keep his emotions in check or else he's going to get himself into trouble. He's lucky he was still on the ground by the half time whistle.

However the game itself has been largely positive. We started slowly but I saw glimpses of the Chelsea of old that we've become accustomed to. Now we need to make the most of our chances and get some reward for effort and we have a big chance now with Arsenal down to 10 men.

Ha, no chance, if they do bring up the first Gabriel incident.
