He wasn't good enough to displace the first team midfied then, he went away, he got older and more experienced, and he got bought by a different team who play in a totally different way, with totally different tactics. So, let me know exactly which bit of that it is that you don't understand. Yep man of the match in his first start then dropped for the next, fair chance. Never given a fair chance at the time, simple.

I'm still waiting for someone, anyone, to show me anything done by any of those players in a Chelsea shirt to justify WHY they should have been kept. Anything. At all. Anything. Point is how much relevance does JT quotes have when he comes out with bs like it was the best premier league team ever which is a complete joke. Mourinho thinks Fellani is brilliant, doesn't mean he is.
December 23, 20178 yr I just looked and KDB had 2 starts in the league and 3 in the league cup if that's correct. No one has asked KDB to be playing every game but was he ever given a fair chance? How can anyone say yes lol. 2 starts in the league shows what was going to happen from the start. Football is a squad game and he was never involved. Mourinho didn't like him and past proves its a continous theme. Should he have been playing every game I doubt it, given a chance of course he f**king wasn't.
December 23, 20178 yr OK, yu see it like that, I don't. We'll leave it there, because we will never agree about this. We should never have sold Carlton Cole, he might turn out to be good yet.
December 23, 20178 yr What? Leave it? That's not so simpel, YB. Chelsea could have two world top ten players, right now! Nondejuu!
December 23, 20178 yr Abraham and Loftus-Cheek both starting in Swansea vs Palace, if anyone is interested.
December 23, 20178 yr Saw this on Social Media: "If you pass a ball to Romelu Lukaku at precisely 11:56:31 on New Year's Eve, he still won't have it under control by New Year's Day"
December 23, 20178 yr City's defense is so poor, i can't believe that teams haven't been able to expose it as much as last season.
December 23, 20178 yr Loftus-Cheek is better than Bakayoko. Much more confident with the ball, drives forward, passing is miles better as well.

December 23, 20178 yr Odds on City winning 37 of 38 games? They just don't look stoppable, they are playing with so much confidence they know every week they are going to win. Our points record is going to be shattered.
December 23, 20178 yr I remember in a controversial opinions thread it was controversial to suggest Pep is better than Mourinho (back when he was our manager) but this run is helping to cement that belief. This Man City is disgustingly good in particular when many of their best performing players aren't even in their prime (whilst many others are). Whilst our 2005/2006 sides were excellent, this team is straight up demolishing every team in their path, and they only games they've lost have been where they've played reserve teams. On track for 110 points at this rate which is down-right insane. Heck, even their weaker teams are doing well in the cup games. But players like Otamendi have somehow become fantastic passers, existing players like Aguero have raised their game in terms of their build up play and their ability to track back, Fernandinho has become even more versatile and players all round game in terms of their consistency and cohesion have improved dramatically (even Delph has for f**ks sake) This is when Stones has been injured for a while and ironed out a significant amount of his mistakes and a talent like Mendy is injured, leaving out options like Gundogan and co. Think only Ferguson with a stacked Manchester United team (like what Mourinho is attempting to do right now) would've been able to compete domestically; atm, I don't think any other team has the financial resources to match them other than Manchester United if we're taking FFP into account and the fact that Chelsea / Spurs are having to spend money on new stadiums. December 23, 20178 yr Harry Kane and Dele Alli, the golden boys of the media who are allowed to get away with things other players will always be criticised for. Also, why do they keep calling Alli by his first name ? It's like Gerrard all over again when people used to call him Stevie G. Stop arse kissing, you're not being paid to be his friend, you are being paid to analyse a game of football.
December 23, 20178 yr This City team is absolutely brilliant and the best attacking team the premier league has ever seen, the other side though is the PL standard IMO is poor and i would like to see what this City team can do in europe. I never really rated the 99 united team as highly as others, yes they was good but it took some big luck to win the fa cup and the champions league was just ridiculous. I just cant see how you can play so bad in the final and be called a great team. People forget about Chelsea in the premier league hunt that year, lost just 3 games all season and ended up 4 points away from the title. Chelsea lost the title with draws against Middlesborough and Leicester after being 2-0 up, if they won those im sure they would have won the league. Sometimes seasons are decided by close margins but i dont really rate the 99 side ahead of the invincables or Mourinhos first team. Mourinho's first team was the best all round team i have seen in the premier league era, it could go to any stadium in Europe and compete even with 10 men or dodgy refs. Just all my opinion though. This City team doesn't have the defence which the Chelsea team had but the way they keep possession and pressure teams i guess they don't need to, they could well end up the best prem team ever.
December 23, 20178 yr what a bad error, forgot about friday night football so couldn't change my captain to Kane and im left with Vardy.
